Client must invest at least Php 500,000 or USD 10,000 in a single transaction to any of the participating BPI Investment Funds within the promo period and must be enrolled in VYBE to avail themselves of the reward. The basis will be on the order amount.
1. This promo is open to new and existing individual and joint account subscribers to BPI Investment Funds (Unit Investment Trust Funds and Mutual Funds). Investments made by and in Segregated Portfolio accounts, corporate accounts and via BPI Bills Payment or other third-party payment facilities do not qualify.
2. Promo period is from July 8, 2024 to September 30, 2024. Only investments made within the promo period are qualified.

1. The BPI Rewards Points are non-convertible to cash. Additionally, the client must be enrolled in VYBE in order to receive the reward. Failure to enroll in VYBE within 3 months after the validation date on August 15, 2024, September 26, 2024, or October 16, 2024 will cause the forfeiture of the reward in favor of BPI Wealth.
2. For this promo's purpose, a qualified client's investment/s will be subject to an ONE-YEAR HOLDING PERIOD or 365 days after the validation date. If client redeems fully/partially prior to the end of the holding period, BPI Wealth reserves the right to deduct the amount of the prize received from his redemption proceeds.
3. Investments should only be fresh funds contributed to any of the participating BPI Investment Funds.
4. Switching of funds is strictly not allowed (e.g. if a client has an existing UITF/MF account, he cannot redeem/terminate this UITF/MF account for reinvestment to any of the participating BPI Investment Funds for the purpose of joining this promo.) Further, switching of qualified investment/s to another fund within the holding period will be treated as redemption and will be subject to the deduction of the corresponding amount of prize received from his SETA.
5. Combining transactions and pooling of funds are strictly not allowed (e.g. client cannot combine his existing UITF/MF investments. Only 1 fund is allowed per transaction).
6. Participation in the promo must be initiated through the following procedures:
a. For online subscriptions: Client must forward the confirmation e-mail of the investment subscription with subject title: 2024 IRT Online Entry to promo_investment@bpi.com.ph together with their complete name and investment account number. BPI Wealth will confirm receipt of promo participation within 5 business days via email.
b. For branch transactions: Client needs to fill out the 2024 IRT Branch Entry Form in the branch. Branch front liners must encode client’s entry along with the scanned copy of the accomplished 2024 IRT Branch Entry Form in the Microsoft Form link.
7. Each submitted entry or participation shall be subject to review and validation. Validation of entries for qualified clients will be done as follows.

The amount of investment as of the validation date shall be the basis in determining qualification of the entry and computation of the corresponding rewards.
8. BPI Wealth will notify the qualified clients directly via email on August 15, 2024, September 26, 2024, or October 16, 2024 of their successful participation in the promo and other pertinent matters.
9. Participants are given the option to withdraw their entry before the end of the validation period. To signify their intention to withdraw from the promo, participants must notify BPI Wealth in writing via email at promo_investment@bpi.com.ph on or before 15 August 2024 for entries entered from July 1, 2024 - July 31, 2024, on or before September 16, 2024 for entries entered from August 1, 2024 - August 31, 2024, and on or before October 16, 2024 for entries entered from September 1, 2024 - September 30, 2024. Withdrawal requests received after the validation period will no longer be considered. Successfully withdrawn entries shall be disqualified from the promo.
Terms and Conditions for Disqualification. An entry is deemed disqualified if:
a. Redemption or reinvestment is identified in the participating account during the promo period
b. Investment was done before or after the promo period
c. Subscriptions from Corporate accounts
d. Investment is part of another promo
e. RSP subscription
f. Subscriptions made via BPI Bills Payment or other third-party payment facilities
10. By joining this promo, the qualified participant agrees for BPI Wealth to collect information such as financial information for purposes of processing his/her registration to the promo.
11. Investments, which are basis for qualification to this promo, will not be qualified for other ongoing promos of BPI Wealth.
12. BPI Wealth reserves the right to dispute the eligibility of participation in the promo if redemption or reinvestment is identified. In case of dispute, the decision of BPI Wealth will be final.

Can a client combine investment funds?

What are considered as fresh funds?
Additional contributions or subscriptions that DO NOT come from existing BPI UITF/MF shall be considered fresh funds. Proceeds of maturities, Time Deposits, various CASA/deposit products and other investment products are considered fresh funds.
