General Policies
1. These Terms and Conditions govern the BPI Business Banking 2025 Ka-Negosyo sa Pasko Promo for all qualified customers who meet the eligibility requirements prescribed hereunder.
2. The BPI Business Banking Agreement and Supplemental Terms and Conditions, BPI Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, BPI Online Banking Terms and Conditions, and the BPI Data Privacy Statement, are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof.

All existing and new BPI Business Banking customers may apply for or renew and increase their credit line for Ka-Negosyo Loan products and be rewarded (the “Promo”).
Promo Period: October 27, 2025 to December 19, 2025
Eligibility and Participation
1. Eligibility – In order to be eligible, the participants must meet the following requirements:
a. Application: Submit and complete their new loan application or loan application to renew or increase credit line between October 27, 2025 to December 19, 2025 (“Promo Period”).
Note: Complete Loan Application will only be accepted until 12:00 NN of December 19, 2025
b. Loan Amount: must be within the standard minimum loan amount of PHP 1,000,000 to PHP 30 million.
2. Ka-Negosyo Loan Products – Participants must apply for, or renew and increase their credit line for any of the following:
- Standard and pre-qualified processed business loans
- Ka-Negosyo SME Loan (KSL)
- Ka-Negosyo Ready Loan (KRL)
- Ka-Negosyo Credit Line (KCL)
- Ka-Negosyo SME Loan - Property Acquisition Loan (KSL-PAL)
- Ka-Negosyo Doctor’s Loan
- Business Franchise Financing
- Ka-Negosyo Credit Line renewals with line increase
Note: All New Term Loans or Credit Lines must be at least PHP 1,000,000. All Credit Line Renewals must have at least PHP 1,000,000 Increase.
3. Exclusions – The following products or programs are not eligible for the Promo:
a. Business loans against deposits (Back to Back loans)
b. Ka-Negosyo Credit Line renewal without increase
i. These are Credit Lines Approved for renewal retaining the same Line Amount as previously granted.
c. Ka-Negosyo Credit Line interim line increase
i. These credit line increases were approved and are scheduled to be booked within nine months from the last credit line booking date.
4. Fees – The following fees will be discounted during the Promo period for qualified loan products of eligible participants who meet the requirements of this Promo:

Note: Eligible Loan Approvals not booked by January 30, 2026 shall be subject to the standard KCL Annual Fee and/or Standard Processing Fee.
Other Conditions
All disputes related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within ten banking days from the date of loan booking of the Ka-Negosyo Loan product, as officially notified to the participant. Participants shall be informed of their loan booking date either through SMS, Email, or a Phone Call from a BPI Business Banking Representative. In case of disputes involving BPI and the eligible participant’s availment of the rewards under the Promo, the decision of BPI shall be considered final. However, this timeframe does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies provided by the law. However, if the dispute involves the partner merchant and its performance of services and/or delivery of products to the eligible participant, the decision of BPI and the partner merchant shall be considered final.
An initial assessment shall be completed within ten (10) banking days from receipt of the concern to determine the nature and scope of the issue. Upon submission of all required documentation, a final resolution shall be communicated to all parties concerned within fifteen (15) banking days.
5. The Bank reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Promo, if necessary, due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond its control. Should such changes occur, reasonable notice will be provided through official communication channels, and efforts will be made to minimize any inconvenience to the customers
6. BPI reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any BPI Business Banking customer from further participation in the Promo, if in its judgment, that user has violated the terms and conditions herein. Suspension or disqualification may result in the cancellation of the BPI Business Banking customer’s right of participation and/or the collection of the economic equivalent of all promos enjoyed.
7. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, officers and employees are not liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the Promo participants in connection with the availment and/or resulting from their participation in the Promo and receipt of the reward, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of BPI.
8. The promotions offered under the Promo may not be availed of in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions or discounts of the Bank.
9. BPI is authorized to give the necessary information to its third-party contractor or agent to complete the processing of the rewards of the raffle draw winners.
10. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures, as well as with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (“BSP”) rules and regulations and applicable laws.
11. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether express or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the rewards items.

How can I avail of the Ka-Negosyo Credit Line (KCL) annual fee discount?
To enjoy the Ka-Negosyo Credit Line (KCL) annual fee discount, simply complete your loan application within the promo period. You may also avail of the discount when you renew your existing credit line with an approved increase of at least PHP 1,000,000.00.
Please note that the annual fee discount may only be availed once, either during the first year of a new credit line or the first year of the approved renewal. This offer does not apply to any subsequent renewals.
