How to Join

1. Present your NEXT Privilege Card at the store counter, together with your valid government IDs.  

 

2. To download the NEXT Privilege Card: Open and login to BPI app > tap “More” > select “Privilege Card”. If the card is not available, show an email from BPI, addressed to clients about this Promo.​ 

 

3. Shop with your BPI debit card, any BPI credit card, or pay via QR through the BPI app.

Promo Mechanics

1. The Promo is open exclusively to NEXT by BPI Preferred Clients as defined above.

 

2. The Promo is available in the following participating NBA Store Philippines branches (the “Merchant”):

a. NBA Megamall 

b. NBA Mall of Asia

 

3. The Promo is from December 15, 2024 to December 15, 2025 (the “Promo Period”).

 

4. NEXT by BPI Preferred Clients are entitled to a 10% discount on all regular or discounted footwear, apparel, and accessories with a minimum purchase of Eight Thousand Pesos (P8,000).

 

5. The Promo is not convertible to cash, credit, gift certificates, privileges, rewards and/or other items/products. It may not be exchanged with any other product. The Promo is non-transferable and may only be availed by the NEXT by BPI Preferred Clients.

 

6. To avail of the Promo, the NEXT by BPI Preferred Client must present their NEXT Privilege Card, a screenshot, or proof of email with the NEXT by BPI Preferred header banner to the participating branch of NBA Store Philippines  together with their valid government IDs and ensure that payment is made with any BPI Credit or Debit Card within the Promo Period.

 

7. Any dispute concerning the services related to the Promo shall be settled directly between the NEXT by BPI Preferred Client and Merchant.

 

8. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promotions, in-house promo or ad promo, and other discounts. In the purchase of goods and services, which are on promotional discount, the Senior Citizen and Person with Disability can avail of the promotional discount provided or the discount under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or Magna Carta for persons with disability, whichever is higher, if applicable.

 

9. In case of dispute pertaining to the Promo including, but not limited to, the cardholder's eligibility, coverage dates, fulfillment, etc., BPI will make a decision with DTI concurrence, which will be considered final within this offer. However, for disputes involving the participating Merchant's performance and/or product delivery, the joint decision of BPI and the Merchant, with DTI concurrence, shall be final. For any and all questions or disputes regarding the eGCs received in connection with this Promo, these must be raised with Giftaway at support@giftaway.ph within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt. This timeframe does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

 

 

Miscellaneous

1. Any dispute related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the relevant Promo Period. This timeframe does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.

 

2. The Bank, with the concurrence of DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or suspend the Promo at any time.

 

3. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures, as well as with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (BSP) rules and regulations and applicable laws.

 

4. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether express or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. The Bank does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the products purchased. 

 

5. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury (including direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the products purchased.

The NBA Store Philippines Promo (“Promo”) is open to new and existing NEXT by BPI Preferred Clients as they start and/or maintain their relationship with the Bank of the Philippine Islands (“Bank”).

 

General Policies

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Promo for new and existing NEXT by BPI Preferred Clients who meet the minimum eligibility requirements prescribed in the NEXT by BPI Preferred Clients Terms and Conditions.

 

2. The Terms and Conditions governing the Bank’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, the Preferred Banking Terms and Conditions, and the Bank’s Data Privacy Statement are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof.
