NEXT Privilege Card Terms and Conditions

1. The NEXT Privilege Card (the “Card”) is a personalized, non-transferable card provided to a NEXT by BPI Preferred Program client (the “NEXT Client”), which can be accessed in the BPI Mobile App.

2. All rewards, privileges, and benefits under the NEXT by BPI Preferred Program shall be provided to the NEXT Client upon presentation of the Card or such other methods showing membership to the NEXT by BPI Preferred Program as determined by BPI, to the participating merchant or partner.

3. The NEXT Client must be a current member of the NEXT by BPI Preferred Program in order to have continued use of the Card and avail of its benefits.

4. To use the Card, the NEXT Client must log-in to the BPI Mobile App and download the said Card.

5. The use of the Card is limited to the person whose name appears on the Card. A NEXT Client who lets another person use his/her Card may be subject to certain conditions or penalties, including the discontinuation of his/her membership in the NEXT by BPI Preferred Program.

6. The NEXT Client’s use of the Card constitutes acceptance of the NEXT by BPI Preferred Terms and Conditions and the Terms and Conditions for the Use of the NEXT Privilege Card, as the said terms and conditions may be amended, modified and supplemented from time to time.

7. The Card benefits, privileges, and benefits, where applicable, are subject to availability and are redeemable on a first-come, first-served basis.

8. BPI reserves the right, in its absolute discretion, to cancel, change, substitute or discontinue the rewards, privileges, and benefits under the NEXT by BPI Preferred Program, or make any amendments to, change or substitute or impose new conditions relating to the rewards, privileges and benefits of the NEXT by BPI Preferred Program and the use of the Card at any time. BPI shall notify the clients of the termination of the program at least one month before the effective date.

The rewards, privileges, and benefits from the NEXT by BPI Preferred Program participating merchants or partners are dependent on the participating merchant or partner’s continued participation in the NEXT by BPI Preferred Program. The NEXT Client acknowledges and agrees that BPI is not required to continue any of its partnerships under the NEXT by BPI Preferred Program.

9. Redemption and/or availment of the Card’s  rewards, privileges and benefits shall likewise be subject to the participating merchant or partner’s terms and conditions.

10.  BPI reserves the right to terminate the NEXT by BPI Preferred Privilege Card Program or any part thereof at any time. BPI shall notify the clients of the termination of the program at least one month before the effective date.

11.  BPI is not liable for any special, consequential, exemplary, indirect damages or for any loss of value, opportunities or benefits that may arise as a result of any of the following:

a. Changes to the NEXT by BPI Preferred Program, the Card, or the rewards, privileges, and benefits;

b. Non-compliance by the participating merchant’s or partner’s with its agreement/undertaking with the NEXT Client; or

c. Any defect in the service or product delivered by the participating third party merchant or partner.
