Promo Offer

• Lacoste shall extend the following discounts to Eligible Clients, applied to the total bill:
  • 10% off for a minimum single-receipt spend of PHP 10,000
  • Additional 5% off for Le Club Lacoste Members
• Maximum discount: Up to 15% off

General Policies

The Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, the Banking Terms and Conditions, the BPI Online Banking Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI Online and the BPI app, and the BPI Data Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference and form an integral part hereof (the “BPI Terms and Conditions”). 

Eligibility and Participation

The Promo shall be open to Eligible Clients only.  “Eligible Clients” pertain to BPI Gold clients who:

• have received the Promo communication from BPI via EDM or SMS; and
• have not been suspended or disqualified by BPI from participating in the Promo.

To avail of the offer, Eligible Clients must present any one of the following at the store upon purchase:

• Privilege Card via the BPI app; or
  • To access the Privilege Card via the BPI app: Log in to the BPI app → tap More → select Card Management → choose Privilege Card      
• Official BPI Email about the promo; or
• Official BPI SMS about the promo.

Eligible Clients must pay using a BPI Debit Card or any BPI Credit Card bearing the same name as the BPI Gold Privilege Card presented. 

A PHP 10,000 minimum spend is required to avail of the discount.

• BPI reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any person from participation in the Promo if, in BPI’s judgment, the person is not eligible for the Promo or has violated any of the terms and conditions herein, including any of the BPI Terms and Conditions. Suspension or disqualification shall result in the cancellation of the person’s right of participation and/or the economic equivalent of all rewards enjoyed.
• The Eligible Client shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Promo and the Participating Merchant.

Merchant Terms 

• Promo is not applicable to the following Lacoste core items / styles:

• Discounted in-store items will not be included when calculating the minimum spend required to qualify for this promo.
• Promo rewards or discounts cannot be used on already discounted in-store items.
• Promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other store promo.
• Promo is valid from Mondays to Thursdays only.
• Promo is applicable to Lacoste boutiques / participating stores only.

General Terms & Conditions

• To qualify for the promo:
  • the Eligible Client must use his or her BPI Debit Card or BPI Credit Card to pay for the purchase; and
  • the Eligible Client must present any of the following at participating stores:
    • BPI Gold Privilege Card, together with a valid government-issued ID; or
    • official BPI email regarding the promo; or
    • official BPI SMS regarding the promo.
• The offer is not convertible to cash or credit and may not be exchanged for any other product.
• The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of the Merchant.
• If the Eligible Client is found to have made a fraudulent transaction or claim, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the promo offer or discount to the client’s card.
• Any dispute concerning the product and/or service related to the promo shall be settled directly between the Eligible Client and the Merchant, with the concurrence of DTI.
• In case of dispute concerning BPI only and the Eligible Client’s availment of the promo, the decision of BPI, with the concurrence of DTI, shall be considered final.
• BPI Gold program terms apply to this promo, where relevant.
