Note: For promotions of Regent Seven Seas which give complimentary 2 category suite upgrade, the discount stated above will be given based on the actual SUITE CATEGORY booked and paid for.
E.g. The 2-upgrade suite promotion will give a customer a concierge suite for the price of a serenity or deluxe suite and so the discount state above will not be valid since the suite paid for is not for a concierge suite.

General Policies
The Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, the Banking Terms and Conditions, the BPI Online Banking Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI Online and the BPI app, and the BPI Data Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference and form an integral part hereof (the “BPI Terms and Conditions”).
Eligibility and Participation
The Promo shall be open to cardholders of participating BPI and Robinsons Bank Credit Cards and BPI Gold Clients whose accounts are active and in good standing.

To avail of the offer, Eligible Clients must present any one of the following at the store upon purchase:

- Official BPI SMS about the promo.
Eligible Clients must use their participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit Card to purchase their preferred cruise package.
BPI reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any person from participation in the Promo if, in BPI’s judgment, the person is not eligible for the Promo or has violated any of the terms and conditions herein, including any of the BPI Terms and Conditions. Suspension or disqualification shall result in the cancellation of the person’s right of participation and/or the economic equivalent of all rewards enjoyed.
The Eligible Client shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Promo and the Participating Merchant.
Merchant Terms
- All cruise fares, including promo fares, are shown online but booking transactions shall be facilitated through participating travel agencies only.
- Additional amenities for BPI Gold clients shall be given upon full payment of the cruise fare.
- Exclusive travel details for BPI and Robinsons Bank cardholders shall only be valid for bookings made during the promo period.
- The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of the Merchant.
- The offer is not convertible to cash or credit and not exchangeable for other products.
General Terms & Conditions
- To qualify, the Eligible Client must use a participating BPI or Robinsons Bank Credit Card for payment.
- The offer is not convertible to cash or credit and may not be exchanged with any other product.
- If a transaction is later found fraudulent, the Bank may charge the full amount of the transaction to the client’s card inclusive of any discount availed or extended.
- Any dispute concerning the services related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and the Merchant, with the concurrence of DTI.
- In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank’s processes and the customer’s participation in this Promo, the Bank’s decision with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products or services to customers, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

The Travel Agencies listed above will be the Customer Support contact of the passenger until such time that the passenger departs for the cruise.
Once the passenger receives the cruise documents, embarkation cards or boarding pass from Regent Seven Seas, the customer support contact will be printed on the boarding pass and cruise documents of the passenger.
