General Policies

The Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, the Banking Terms and Conditions, the BPI Online Banking Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI Online and the BPI app, and the BPI Data Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference and form an integral part hereof (the “BPI Terms and Conditions”). 

FlexipayZero

• The program is open to BPI Gold clients who are also BPI Credit Cardholders of participating BPI Credit Cards that are active and good standing. The participating BPI Credit Cards are as follows:

• BPI Credit Cardholders are entitled to avail of the FlexipayZero installment program. This allows cardholders to avail up to 12 months 0% interest on installments at select partner merchants including Tory Burch.
• The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Flexipay:
  • The FlexipayZero installment terms are available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of PHP 3,000 or higher.
  • The terms and spend requirement may vary per merchant and may be available for select items/services only.
  • All installment transactions are subject to BPI’s approval
  • The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to principal amount using the diminishing balance method.
    • BPI will charge an early termination fee of PHP 550 + 2% on the principal amount should the cardholder decide to terminate the Flexipay transaction prior to the 1st billing.
    • BPI will charge an early termination fee of PHP 550 for Flexipay transactions terminated after the first billing.
• To qualify for the program, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at the participating merchant.
• Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the program shall be settled directly between the cardholder and merchant.
• The terms and conditions governing the issuance of BPI Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this program campaign.

Eligibility and Participation

The Promo shall be open to Eligible Clients only.  “Eligible Clients” pertain to BPI Gold clients who:

• have received the promo communication from BPI via EDM or SMS; and
• have not been suspended or disqualified by BPI from participating in the Promo.

To avail of the offer, Eligible Clients must present any one of the following at the store upon purchase:

• BPI Gold Privilege Card via the BPI App; or
  • To access the BPI Gold Privilege Card: Log in to the BPI app → tap More → select Card Management → choose Privilege Card 
• Official BPI Email about the promo; or
• Official BPI SMS about the promo.

Eligible Clients must pay using a BPI Debit Card or any BPI Credit Card bearing the same name as the BPI Gold Privilege Card presented. 

A PHP 40,000 minimum spend is required to avail of the GWP (Gift with Purchase) promo. 

The Bank reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any person from further participation in the Promo, upon determination, based on reasonable grounds, , that person has violated the terms and conditions herein, including the BPI Terms and Conditions. Suspension or disqualification may result in the cancellation of the individual’s right of participation in the Promo, without prejudice to the bank’s cancellation of the economic equivalent of all rewards enjoyed.

The Eligible Client shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Promo and the Participating Merchant

General Terms & Conditions

• The promo cannot be used in conjunction with any other store promo.
• The promo is applicable to Tory Burch boutiques only.
• The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.
• The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of the Merchant.
• The Eligible Client agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended.
• In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in this Promo, the Bank will make a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which will be considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
• Terms and conditions governing the membership to BPI Gold which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
