Dear Valued Client,
We would like to inform you that the BPI Global Equity Fund-of-Funds and BPI World Technology Feeder Fund (collectively, the “Funds”) will be converted to a multi-class structure, effective 01 June 2026.
Under this new structure, the Funds will be offered in two unit classes, denominated in US Dollar and Philippine Peso. Both unit classes will invest in the same underlying assets as one pool and will differ only in their settlement currency and minimum initial and maintaining investment amounts. This enhancement will give investors greater flexibility based on their preferred currency or available funds.
Below is a summary of the said structure.
Unit Class | Settlement Currency | Minimum Initial & Maintaining Investment |
|---|---|---|
Class A | US Dollar | USD 100 |
Class P (New) | Philippine Peso | PHP 1,000 |
Other than the introduction of the Philippine Peso Class (Class P), no changes will be made to the Funds. The investment objective, risk profile, trust fees, settlement schedule, minimum additional investment, and all other key features will remain the same across both unit classes.
What this means for you:
- No action is required if you are currently invested in the Funds. Your investment will continue under the US Dollar Class (Class A).
- Starting 01 June 2026, you may subscribe to the Philippine Peso Class (Class P) if you prefer to invest in Philippine Pesos.
Should you have other questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to email us at bpiwealth@bpi.com.ph or call us at (+632) 889-10000.
Thank you for your continued trust.
Sincerely,
Lea Angeline A. Maranan
