Dear Valued Client,
We would like to share the latest updates regarding the BPI Catholic Values Global Equity Feeder Fund (the “Fund” or “Terminating Fund”) and its planned merger with the Philippine Peso Class of the BPI Global Equity Fund-of-Funds (the “Surviving Fund”).
As previously communicated in our letter dated October 20, 2025, the Fund’s underlying investment, the CBIS World Equity Fund, was merged into the CBIS Catholic Responsible Investments (CRI) Global Equity Fund, both managed by Christian Brothers Investment Services (CBIS). This development led to a temporary suspension of transactions as BPI Wealth carefully assessed the most appropriate course of action, with the goal of safeguarding participants’ best interests and continuing to provide stable, diversified global equity investment opportunities (see bit.ly/CBIS-Fund).
On November 20, 2025, we informed clients that merging the Fund into the Surviving Fund is the most effective solution (see bit.ly/CVGEFF-Merger). The merger is now scheduled to take effect on July 24, 2026.
As we move forward, we would like to guide you through what to expect during this transition:
