Promo Offer

• CEDO Wellness shall extend the following offer to Eligible Clients:
  • NEXT Flex Package: Standard rates with two (2) complimentary community classes for NEXT by BPI Preferred clients.
  • The NEXT Flex Package includes:
    • Unlimited contrast therapy (dry sauna & cold plunge)
    • Unlimited movement classes (all classes limited to one [1] session/class a day)
    • Special members rate on all services
    • Access to exclusive member events
    • One (1) free CEDO Pass per month for a friend with access to member special rates
    • One (1) complimentary doctor consultation (drip or wealth management)
  • NEXT Flex Membership: Php 130,000 for solo and Php 220,000 for couples; valid for one year.
• In addition, Eligible Clients who pay using a BPI Credit Card may avail of a zero percent (0%) installment plan for up to three (3) months, subject to the terms and conditions of BPI and applicable minimum transaction requirements.

Promo Period

Promo is valid from May 16, 2026 to April 30, 2027.

General Policies

The Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, the Banking Terms and Conditions, the BPI Online Banking Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI Online and the BPI app, and the BPI Data Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference and form an integral part hereof (the “BPI Terms and Conditions”).

Eligibility and Participation

The Promo shall be open to qualified NEXT by BPI Preferred, BPI Preferred, and BPI Gold clients (“Eligible Clients”) who:

• have received the Promo communication from BPI via EDM or SMS; and
• have not been suspended or disqualified by BPI from taking part in the Promo.

To avail of the offer, Eligible Clients must present any one of the following at CEDO Wellness prior to availing of the offer:

• Privilege Card via the BPI app; or
  • To access the Privilege Card via the BPI app: Log in to the BPI app → tap More → select Card Management → choose Privilege Card                   
• Official BPI Email about the promo; or
• Official BPI SMS about the promo; or
• Email from the BPI team confirming the client’s current segment. 

Eligible Clients may pay in cash or via BPI Debit Card or any BPI Credit Card.

Discounts apply only to select packages and may vary depending on the segment classification of the Eligible Client (Gold, Preferred, or NEXT).

BPI reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any person from participation in the Promo if, in BPI’s judgment, the person is not eligible for the Promo or has violated any of the terms and conditions herein, including any of the BPI Terms and Conditions. Suspension or disqualification shall result in the cancellation of the person’s right of participation and/or the economic equivalent of all rewards enjoyed.

The Eligible Client shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Promo and the Participating Merchant.

Merchant Terms 

• CEDO Wellness Terms & Conditions apply for each membership type.
• The promo is not valid in conjunction with any other promos, discounts, or vouchers, including Senior Citizen/PWD discounts.
• The promo is not convertible to cash or credit and not exchangeable for other products or services.

General Terms & Conditions

• To qualify, Eligible Clients must comply with the Promo Mechanics and payment requirements stated above.
• The offer is not convertible to cash or credit and may not be exchanged with any other product or service.
• The promo is not valid in conjunction with any other discounts, promos, or vouchers.
• The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or sheinitiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall havethe right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availedor extended.​
• Any dispute concerning the services related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the Eligible Client and CEDO Wellness, with the concurrence of DTI.
• In the event of a dispute related solely to the Bank's processes and the customers' participation in thisPromo, the Bank shall decide thereon/shall render a decision, with the concurrence of DTI, which shallbe considered final within the context of this promotional offer. However, if the dispute involves theparticipating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customer, subject to theGeneral Provisions set out above, the decision of the Bank and Merchant with the concurrence of DTIshall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing furtherlegal remedies as provided by law.​
• The BPI Gold Terms and Conditions, BPI Preferred Terms and Conditions, and NEXT by BPI Preferred Terms and Conditions shall likewise apply where relevant.
