These Terms and Conditions (“Promo Terms and Conditions”) govern the BPI MEMBER-GET-MEMBER PROMO.
General Policies
The Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, the Banking Terms and Conditions, BPI Online Banking Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI Online and the BPI Mobile App, and the BPI Data Privacy Statement are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof (“BPI Terms and Conditions”).
The BPI Preferred Member-Get-Member Promo
All existing Primary BPI Preferred and NEXT by BPI Preferred clients (“Referrer”) may refer New-to-Bank client/s (“Referral”) to the NEXT by BPI Preferred and/or BPI Preferred, and get rewarded.
Promo Period
1. The Promo shall run from August 22, 2025 to October 31, 2025 (“Promo Period”).
Eligibility and Participation
2. Referrer must download the VYBE App, which will be the channel where the BPI Rewards Points will be credited to.
3. BPI Rewards Points will be given to Referrers for any of the following successful referrals:
a. SUCCESSFUL GOLD REFERRAL – New-to-Bank (NTB) client who performs ALL of the following conditions:
i. Opens a Deposit and/or Investment account with a minimum combined value of PHP 5,000,000 in Fresh Funds;
ii. Maintains the minimum Gold TRB requirement after 90 calendar days from account opening; and
iii. Enrolls their account in the VYBE app prior to submission of the Referral Form.
b. SUCCESSFUL PREFERRED REFERRAL – New-to-Bank (NTB) client who performs ALL of the following conditions:
i. Opens a Deposit and/or Investment account with a minimum combined value of PHP 1,000,000 in Fresh Funds;
ii. Maintains the minimum Preferred TRB requirement after 90 calendar days from account opening; and
iii. Enrolls their account in the VYBE app prior to submission of the Referral Form.
c. SUCCESSFUL NEXT BY BPI PREFERRED REFERRAL - New-to-Bank (NTB) client who perform ALL of the following conditions:
i. Opens a Deposit and/or Investment account with a minimum combined value of PHP 100,000 in Fresh Funds;
ii. Maintains the minimum NEXT by BPI Preferred TRB requirement after 90 calendar days from account opening; and
iii. Enrolls their account in the VYBE app prior to submission of the Referral Form.
NOTE: New-to-Bank or NTB, refers to clients who have had no existing relationship with, and have not availed of any product from, any relevant member of the BPI Group of Companies within the last twelve (12) months, reckoned from the date of account opening.
4. The opening of the NEXT by BPI Preferred and BPI Preferred Accounts of the Referral shall be subject to BPI’s applicable account opening parameters and requirements.
5. The Referrer must be an existing BPI client at the time of referral submission.
6. The Referrer must submit their completed Referral Form/s through the following designated methods:

7. Failure to submit the Referral Form within 30 days from opening of the Referral’s account through any of the designated methods will result in ineligibility from Promo participation.
8. BPI reserves the right to terminate the eligibility of the Participants if at any time during the Promo Period, the Referrer’s ADB falls below the requirement or for any violation of these Promo Terms and Conditions and the BPI Terms and Conditions.
9. Employees of BPI Group of Companies and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from participating in this Promo.
Rewards
10. Rewards for successful referrals will be in the form of BPI Rewards Points credited to and can be redeemed through the VYBE app.
11. Tiered rewards for successful referrals are as follows

12. Only the fresh funds deposited during account opening will be considered in determining the reward to be given to the Referrer. Subsequent deposits, on top of this shall not be included in the calculation for determining the reward.
13. If the Referrer has multiple Referrals, the Referrer will be rewarded per successful referral. See table below for illustration:

14. Upon confirmation of maintained fresh funds, qualified Referrers will be informed by the following BPI representatives on the quantity of successful referrals, its equivalent amount in rewards, as well as request for the Referrer’s consent in submitting their email address and mobile numbers to BPI Rewards (VYBE) for the sole purpose of reward redemption:
a. BPI Preferred Referrers will be contacted by their respective BPI Relationship Managers
b. NEXT by BPI Preferred Referrers will be contacted by their respective Branch Managers.
c. The reward will be awarded to the Referrer after ninety (90) calendar days from the account opening date of their respective Referrals. If the reward disbursement date falls on a holiday or weekend, it will be awarded on the next available banking day. See table below for illustration:

15. The rewards shall be subject to the general terms and conditions of the partner merchants of VYBE.
Dispute Resolution
16. All disputes related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within sixty (60) business days after the end of the Promo Period. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the client's availment of the offers under the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves the partner merchant and its performance of the services and/or delivery of products to the Client, the decision of BPI and the partner merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
Definition of Terms
17. Average Daily Balance (ADB) - the sum of the daily end-of-day balances in the account for a month divided by the number of days in that month. The formula for computing ADB is as follows:
(Day 1 ending balance + Day 2 ending balance + Day 30/31 ending balance)/Number of days in the month (i.e. 30/31 days)
18. BPI Group of Companies – Bank of the Philippine Islands, BPI Direct BanKo Inc., BPI Investment Management Inc., BPI Capital Corporation, BPI Securities Corporation, and BPI Asset Management & Trust Corp. (BPI Wealth).
19. Fresh Funds – means any money that is not proceeds from a withdrawal or termination of any BPI deposit accounts or proceeds from termination of investments with any member of the BPI Group of Companies.
20. New-to-Bank BPI Clients - clients who have had no existing relationship with, and have not availed of any product from, any relevant member of the BPI Group of Companies within the last twelve (12) months, reckoned from the date of account opening. .
Other Conditions
21. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, officers and employees are not liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the Promo participants in connection with the availment and/or resulting from their participation in the Promo and receipt of the reward.
22. The promotions offered under the Promo may not be availed of in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions or discounts of the Bank.
23. BPI, in concurrence with DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Promo at any time.
24. BPI is authorized to give the necessary information to its third-party contractor or agent to complete the processing of the rewards of qualified Referrer/s and Referral/s.
25. By participating in this Promo, the qualified Referrer/s and Referral/s agree to allow BPI to collect their personal information, including but not limited to their name, mobile number, and e-mail address. Additionally, BPI will secure active consent and permission from the qualified Referrer and Referral to use and disclose their personal information, including their name, photographs, and videos, for marketing purposes related to this promotion. The qualified Referrer/s and Referral/s agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.
26. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with the
27. Bank’s policies and procedures, as well as with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (“BSP”) rules and regulations and applicable laws.
28. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether express or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the rewards items.
