General Policies
These Terms and Conditions (“Promo Terms and Conditions”) govern the BPI MEMBER-GET-MEMBER PROMO
The Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels,the Banking Terms and Conditions, BPI Online Banking Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI Online and the BPI Mobile App, and the BPI Data Privacy Statement, all as may be amended from time to time,are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof (“BPI Terms and Conditions”).
The BPI Member-Get-Member Promo (“Promo”)
All existing BPI clients (“Referrer”) may refer New-to-Bank client/s (“Referral”) to the NEXT by BPI Preferred, BPI Preferred, and BPI Gold program and get rewarded.
Eligibility and Participation
1. A reward will be given to Referrers for any of the following successful referrals during the Promo Period:
a. Successful Gold Referral – New-to-Bank client who performs ALL of the following conditions:
i. Opens a Deposit and/or Investment account with a minimum combined value of Php 5,000,000.00 in Fresh Funds; and
ii. Maintains the minimum Gold Total Relationship Balance requirement of Php 5,000,000.00 after 3 months from account opening month.
b. Successful Preferred Referral – New-to-Bank client who performs ALL of the following conditions:
i. Opens a Deposit and/or Investment account with a minimum combined value of Php 1,000,000.00 in Fresh Funds; and,
ii. Maintains the minimum Preferred Total Relationship Balance requirement of Php 1,000,000.00 after 3 months from account opening month.
c. Successful NEXT by BPI Preferred Referral – New-to-Bank client who performs ALL of the following conditions:
i. Opens a Deposit and/or Investment account with a minimum combined value of Php 100,000.00 in Fresh Funds; and
ii. Maintains the minimum NEXT by BPI Preferred Total Relationship Balance requirement of Php 100,000.00 after 3 months from account opening month.
Note: New-to-Bank are clients who meet any of the following criteria:
• Has no existing Deposit relationship and no product availment from any other relevant members of the BPI Group of Companies within the last twelve (12) months reckoned from the date of opening of account/s.
2. The opening of the NEXT by BPI Preferred, BPI Preferred, and BPI Gold Accounts of the Referral shall be subject to BPI’s applicable account opening parameters and requirements.
3. The Referrer must be an existing BPI Gold, Preferred, or NEXT client and meeting the minimum Total Relationship Balance at the time of referral submission.
4. There is no limit to the number of Referrals a Referrer can make under the Promo.
5. The Referrer must submit their completed Referral Form/s through the following designated methods:

6. Failure to submit the Referral Form within thirty (30) days from opening of the Referral’s account through any of the designated methods will result in ineligibility from Promo participation.
7. BPI reserves the right to terminate the eligibility of the Referrers if at any time during the Promo Period, the Referrer’s ADB falls below the requirement or for any violation of these Promo Terms and Conditions and the BPI Terms and Conditions.
8. Employees of BPI Group of Companies and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity and affinity are disqualified from participating in this Promo.
Promo Period
9. The Promo shall run from June 5, 2026 to August 5, 2026 (“Promo Period”)
Rewards
10. Reward for successful referrals will be in the form of Giftaway electronic gift certificates (eGC).
11. Tiered rewards for successful referrals are as follows:

12. Only the fresh funds deposited during account opening will be considered in determining the reward to be given to the Referrer. Subsequent deposits, on top of this shall not be included in the calculation for determining the reward.
13. If the Referrer has multiple Referrals, the Referrer will be rewarded per successful referral. See table below for illustration:

Awarding Procedure
14. Upon BPI’s confirmation of maintained fresh funds, qualified Referrers will be informed by the following BPI branch representatives on the quantity of successful referrals, its equivalent amount in rewards, as well as request for the Referrer’s consent in submitting their email address and mobile numbers to Giftaway Inc. for the sole purpose of reward redemption:
a. BPI Gold and BPI Preferred Referrers will be contacted by their respective BPI Relationship Managers
b. All other Referrers will be contacted by their respective Branch Managers
15. The reward will be awarded to the Referrer within thirty (30) days after the 3rd month TRB maintenance from the account opening date of their respective Referrals.

16. The eGCs reward of eligible Referrers will be sent to the Referrer’s validated email address and mobile number.
17. The eGCs are non-expiry. Redemption and use of the rewards shall be subject to the applicable terms & conditions of Giftaway Inc.
Dispute Resolution
18. All disputes related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period.
19. In case of any dispute in respect to the Promo Terms and Conditions including Promo eligibility, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. In case the dispute or issue is in connection with the redemption and use of eGC issued by the Giftaway Inc. and the latter's performance and/or delivery of services under this Promo, subject to the terms and conditions set out above, the resolution of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
Definition of Terms
20. Average Daily Balance (ADB) - the sum of the daily end-of-day balances in the account for a month divided by the number of days in that month. The formula for computing ADB is as follows:
(Day 1 ending balance + Day 2 ending balance + Day 30/31 ending balance)/Number of days in the month (i.e. 30/31 days)
21. BPI Group of Companies – Bank of the Philippine Islands, BPI Direct BanKo Inc., BPI Investment Management Inc., BPI Capital Corporation, BPI Securities Corporation, and BPI Asset Management & Trust Corp. (BPI Wealth).
22. Fresh Funds – means any money that is not proceeds from a withdrawal or termination of any BPI deposit accounts or proceeds from termination of investments with any member of the BPI Group of Companies.
23. New-to-Bank BPI Clients - New-to-Bank are clients who meet any of the following criteria:
• Has no existing Deposit relationship and no product availment from any other relevant members of the BPI Group of Companies within the last twelve (12) months reckoned from the date of opening of account/s.
Other Conditions
24. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, officers and employees are not liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the Promo participants resulting from their participation in the Promo and receipt of the reward.
25. BPI, in concurrence with DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Promo at any time.
26. BPI is authorized to give the necessary information to its third-party contractor or agent to complete the processing of the rewards of qualified Referrer/s, provided that active consent has been given by the Referrer.
27. Referrer/s and Referral/s shall give their active consent and permission to use and disclose their personal information, including their name, photographs, and videos, for marketing purposes related to this promotion. If no active consent is given, BPI shall not use, process, or share personal information of Referrer/s and Referral/s. The qualified Referrer/s and Referral/s agree to waive any claims to royalties, rights, or remuneration for such use on TV, radio, BPI website, BPI social media pages, and press releases.
