These terms and conditions govern the BPI Gold & BPI Preferred Elevated Escapes Raffle Promo (“Promo”), which is open to new and existing Bank of the Philippine Islands (“BPI” or “Bank”) Clients who meet the minimum eligibility requirements prescribed hereunder (“Qualified Clients”) as they expand their relationship with the Bank.
General Policies
1. The Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, the BPI Gold and Preferred Terms and Conditions, the BPI Online Banking Terms and Conditions, and the BPI Data Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference and form an integral part hereof (the “BPI Terms and Conditions”).
2. Employees of the BPI Group of Companies, merchants, advertising, and creative agencies who have partnered with any member of the BPI Group of Companies in relation to this Promo, including their relatives of up to second degree of consanguinity and affinity, are disqualified from joining the Promo.
Promo Period
3. The Promo shall run from December 3, 2025 to March 31, 2026 (the “Promo Period”).
Promo Eligibility and Participation
4. The Promo shall be open to New-to-Bank (“NTB”) and existing clients. To participate in the promo, a New-to-Bank (“NTB”) and existing client must perform the following during the Promo Period, subject to terms and conditions:
a. Client must opt in to participate in the Promo via:
i. For NTB: Fill out and sign the Elevated Escapes Raffle Promo Participation Form through their dedicated Relationship Manager (RM).
ii. For Existing: Digital communication channel - Promo Registration Page.
b. Perform the following activities and condition:

The TRB MTD ADB at the end of the promo period should be maintained or show growth and will serve as the basis for the computation of the corresponding electronic raffle entries, as defined in the activities table. |
Grow Total Relationship Balance (“TRB MTD ADB”)
Open to:
| i. The applicable segment TRB MTD ADB is met; and ii. The Growth in TRB MTD ADB is at least PHP 500,000 (or its foreign currency equivalent). For this purpose: For existing clients: “Growth in TRB MTD ADB” is calculated as the difference between the client’s ending TRB MTD ADB in March 2026 (the last month of Promo Period) and their ending TRB MTD ADB in November 2025 (the month immediately preceding Promo Period). |
BPI Debit Mastercard Usage
Open to:
| i. The applicable segment TRB MTD ADB is met; ii. Account should be active and in good standing; and iii. Each debit payment per single transaction must: (1) have a minimum amount of PHP 5,000 or the equivalent amount in foreign currency; (2) meet the minimum spend requirement per transaction; (3) be valid POS or Online purchase made within the promo period
Note: Each qualified transaction earns only one (1) raffle entry, even if the transaction amount is more than the required minimum. |
5. For the purpose of this Promo:
a. The “Total Relationship Balance” or “TRB” – Refers to the overall volume in deposits and/or investments with BPI and is measured based on the sum of the Total Deposits and Total Investments.
In determining the TRB, the following products (as applicable to the relevant client type) are included: (i) all BPI deposit accounts, and (ii) all funds maintained with BPI Asset Management and Trust Corp., BPI Investment Management, Inc., capital products (primary and secondary offers) availed through BPI Capital Corporation and BPI Securities Corp., and hedge funds (the “Included Products”).
BPI Preferred Clients
- Required TRB: at least PHP 1 million (or its foreign currency equivalent) to a maximum of PHP 4,999,999.99 (or its foreign currency equivalent)
BPI Gold Clients
- Required TRB: at least PHP 5 million (or its foreign currency equivalent)
b. The TRB MTD ADB is computed as the sum of the daily end-of-day balances in all eligible BPI deposit and investment accounts under the client’s relationship for a month, divided by the number of days in that month. The formula for computing TRB ADB is as follows:
TRB ADB = (Day 1 total relationship balance + Day 2 total relationship balance + … + Day 30/31 total relationship balance) / Number of days in the month (i.e., 30/31 days)
Calculation of Electronic Raffle Entries (for purposes of this Promo)
i. where the client is an NTB client, compliance with the TRB MTD ADB is calculated as the client’s ending TRB MTD ADB on the last banking day of March 2026 (the last month of Promo Period);

Computation Formula:
(Total Deposits MTD ADB for December 2025 to March 2026 + Total Investments MTD ADB for December 2025 to February 2026) minus TRB MTD ADB in November 2025 = Growth in TRB
c. “New-to-Bank” or “NTB” Client – Refers to a client who has no existing active primary deposit or investment account(s) from any of the relevant members of the BPI Group of Companies within the last twelve (12) months reckoned from the date of opening of account/s.
6. The Bank reserves the right, with prior approval of DTI, to suspend or disqualify any person from further participation in the Promo, if in its judgment, that person has violated the terms and conditions herein, including the BPI Terms and Conditions. Suspension or disqualification may result in the cancellation of the individual’s right of participation and/or the economic equivalent of all rewards enjoyed.
7. The BPI Gold and BPI Preferred client may earn electronic raffle entries equivalent to the following for any of the activities performed by him/her in accordance with the requirements set forth in the table below:

8. Each qualified client can earn as many raffle entries as they can for the duration of the Promo subject to the terms and conditions herein.
9. Activities done during the Promo Period will be validated for raffle entry computation and qualified clients will be notified by the Bank.
10. The client’s segment classification at the end of the Promo Period (i.e. BPI Gold or BPI Preferred) shall determine their eligibility for the corresponding Raffle Prize.
Raffle Prize
11. There will be corresponding sets of raffle winners per tier after the Promo Period, who may win the following prizes:
BPI Gold
• 2 Winners - PHP 2 million travel credits
• 3 Winners - PHP 1 million travel credits
BPI Preferred
• 3 Winners - PHP 500,000 travel credits
12. All prizes under the Promo shall not be convertible to cash, credit, gift certificates, privileges, rewards, and/or other items/products. They may not be exchanged with any other product. travel credits, whether in full or partial amounts, may be transferred to another individual subject to the submission of complete and valid documentation as required by BPI and the Promo Partner.
13. Tax (including 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding P10,000) shall be shouldered by BPI. All other expenses that will be incurred in relation to the prize shall be shouldered by the winner.
Raffle Draw and Announcement of Winners
14. The raffle draw will be held on-site at the 7/F BPI Consumer Center, Dela Rosa Street corner Paseo De Roxas, Makati City and/or via Zoom in the presence of a Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”) representative:
• Promo Period: December 3, 2025 to March 31, 2026
• Raffle Draw Date: April 14, 2026
15. The winners of the raffle draw will be notified within ten (10) business days after the raffle draw date through their registered address, official email address, SMS, and their Relationship Manager. The notice will include the BPI Gold & BPI Preferred Elevated Escapes Raffle Promo Winner Form, which should be accomplished by the raffle winners in the form and substance acceptable to the Bank.
16. Winners are given sixty (60) business days from the date they receive BPI Gold & BPI Preferred Elevated Escapes Raffle Promo Winner Form to return the duly accomplished form to the Bank. Once the Bank has informed the winner that the duly accomplished form has been validated by the Bank, the winner may redeem his/her prize within sixty (60) business days from date of validation. Should a winner fail to return to the Bank the duly accomplished BPI Gold & BPI Preferred Elevated Escapes Raffle Promo Winner Form within the sixty (60)-business day period prescribed, the winner shall be deemed to have forfeited the prize, and the prize will be given to the back-up winner selected during the raffle draw.
Redemption of Travel Credits
17. Raffle winners will receive travel credits, which can be redeemed through Dominican Travel and Tours, Inc. (the “Promo Partner”). The credits may be used to book flights, accommodations, and other travel related expenses to any destination and via any carrier of their choice, subject to the availability of services offered by the Promo Partner. The value of the travel credits will correspond to the PHP amount of the prize won.
18. BPI will shoulder the cost up to the amount of the corresponding prize won, anything in excess will be for the Winner’s account. Credits may also be used for flight upgrades such as seat selection, meals availed ahead of time or within the travel package, extra baggage, and other add-ons, provided these fall within the prize amount. However, credits cannot be used for processing fees, travel tax, and tour packages, unless facilitated by the Promo Partner.
19. To redeem the travel credits, the Winners must perform the following:
a. Schedule an appointment and book the travel details with the Promo Partner through the following channels:

b. Eligible clients must present the following documents when booking the flight and other travel-related products and services with the Promo Partner:
i. Valid Government-issued ID
ii. SMS/Email Winner Notification sent by official BPI line/email address
iii. Client’s Copy of the Signed Winner Confirmation Letter –duly signed by all parties and validated by BPI
20. All prizes are non-refundable and cannot be converted to cash. No refunds will be issued once travel booking has been confirmed and the flight credits have been applied.
21. Travel credits are transferrable upon awarding, but tickets and other travel-related bookings cannot be transferred to other individuals once booked or issued.
22. Booked flights, tours, and/or accommodations may be rebooked; however, any fees or charges incurred due to rebooking shall be solely shouldered by the winner and will not be covered by BPI.
23. BPI shall not be held responsible if the winner is unable to obtain a visa required for entry into their chosen travel destination. The approval of any visa application is not guaranteed and remains entirely at the discretion of the issuing embassy or consulate.
Disputes
24. All disputes related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within sixty (60) business days after July 1, 2026 through their Relationship Manager (RM).
25. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the client's availment of the offers under the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. This resolution process does not preclude the customer from pursuing further legal remedies as provided by law.
26. All tickets, tours, accommodations, and any other related services will be procured by the Promo Partner. Any issue/concern pertaining to the utilization of travel credits, tickets, tours, accommodations, and any other related services shall be raised to and addressed/settled by the Promo Partner. The winner and their companions shall have the sole recourse against the Promo Partner in case of any issue on the tickets and/or the activity, including but not limited to changes/delay/cancellation of flight schedule and non-admission in the hotel and shall have no recourse against BPI, its directors, officers, employees, and representatives.
Miscellaneous Conditions
27. All new account openings and product applications are subject to existing policies and procedures of BPI.
28. Promo participation and product availment shall be coursed through the Relationship Managers/Branch Managers and via online channels, if available.
29. All rewards under the Promo may be subject to other applicable taxes related to the travel, if any.
30. The promotions offered under the Promo may not be availed of in conjunction with any other ongoing promotions or discounts of the Bank.
31. BPI, in concurrence with DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Promo upon prior and reasonable notice to all participants.
32. BPI and its subsidiaries as well as its directors, officers and employees are not liable and shall be held rendered free and harmless for any loss or damage (including direct, indirect and consequential loss) suffered or sustained by the Promo participants resulting from their participation in the Promo and receipt of the reward, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of BPI.
33. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with the Bank’s policies and procedures, as well as with Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas (“BSP”) rules and regulations and applicable laws.
34. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether express or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the rewards items.
