Promo Period
The Promo is available from November 1, 2025 to April 14, 2026. (the “Promo Period”).
Mechanics
1. The Promo shall be open to Eligible BPI Preferred Clients only.
“Eligible BPI Preferred Clients” pertain to those who:
- Present at any participating Sebago branch the following:
- Their BPI Privilege Card (digital or physical); and
- Any one of the following:
- A valid government ID showing the same name as inthe BPI Privilege Card;
- An email from BPI regarding the promo; or
- An SMS from BPI regarding the promo.
- Have not been suspended or disqualified by BPI from participating in the promo.
2. Payment must be made using a BPI Credit Card or BPI Debit Card, with the availing Preferred Client as the named cardholder, to qualify.
3. The Digital BPI Privilege Card may be downloaded from the BPI app by following these steps:
- Open and log in to the BPI app
- Tap More
- Tap Privilege Card
4. Where a physical BPI Privilege Card is presented, it must be valid (i.e., presented before the indicated expirydate) to be honored.
5. Only one (1) BPI Privilege Card may be used per transaction, and a maximum of ten percent (10%) discount may be applied per receipt/invoice.
6. The participating Sebago branch is as follows:
- Festival Mall – 2nd Level, Alabang, Muntinlupa City
- Gateway Mall – Level 2, Cubao, Quezon City
- Glorietta 4 – Level 2, Ayala Center, Makati City
- SM Mall of Asia – Main Mall, 2nd Floor, Pasay City
7. BPI reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any person from participation in the Promo if, in BPI’s judgment, the person is not eligible or has violated the terms and conditions herein, including any BPI Terms and Conditions.
Suspension or disqualification shall result in the cancellation of the person’s right of participation and/or the equivalent value of all rewards enjoyed.
8. The Eligible Preferred Client shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of both the Promo and the participating Sebago branch.
9. The Promo is valid for in-store purchase of Eligible BPI Preferred Clients at participating branches, from Monday to Sunday.
10. The BPI Preferred Client must present all required proof of eligibility before ordering at the participating branch.
11. The discount/offer should be applied instantly at the point of purchase.
12. Splitting a single transaction to avail of multiple discounts is strictly prohibited.
Other Terms and Conditions
1. The Promo Period is from November 1, 2025 to April 14, 2026.
2. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.
3. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found to be an act of fraud that he or she initiated, conspired or participated with another person or found to be fraudulent, the Bank shall have the right to charge the full amount of the transaction to his or her card inclusive of any discount availed or extended.
4. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Sebago.
5. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance with the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (Republic Act (R.A.)No. 9994) and An Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. No. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.
6. All disputes related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period.
1. Any dispute concerning the Participating Sebago Branch and its performance and/or delivery of products and/or services related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the BPI Preferred Client and Sebago.
2. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the BPI Preferred Client’s availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (“DTI”) shall be considered final.
7. BPI, in concurrence with DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Promo at any time.
8. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether expressed or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any product or service availed of under the Promo or any reward item.
9. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the availment of and/or participation in the Promo, except in cases of gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of BPI.
10. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and procedures, as well as with the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas(“BSP”) rules and regulations and other applicable laws.
