General Policies

The Terms and Conditions governing BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, the Banking Terms and Conditions, the BPI Online Banking Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI Online and the BPI app, and the BPI Data Privacy Policy are hereby incorporated by reference and form an integral part hereof (the “BPI Terms and Conditions”). 

Eligibility and Participation

The Promo shall be open to Eligible Clients only.  “Eligible Clients” pertain to BPI Gold clients who:

• have received the promo communication from BPI via EDM or SMS; and
• have not been suspended or disqualified by BPI from participating in the Promo.

To avail of the Free Landers Executive Membership and PHP 1,000 Landers Shopping Gift Certificate, Eligible Clients must present any one of the following at any Landers Membership Counter:

• BPI Gold Privilege Card via the BPI App; or
  • To access the BPI Gold Privilege Card:
    • To access the Privilege Card via the BPI app: Log in to the BPI app → tap More → select Card Management → choose Privilege Card
• Official BPI Email about the promo; or
• Official BPI SMS about the promo.

Landers Executive Membership is valid for one year from issuance and can only be availed once during the promo period.

Landers Gift Certificate may only be redeemed once by the BPI Gold client and cannot be converted to cash.

BPI reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any person from participation in the Promo if, in BPI’s judgment, the person is not eligible for the Promo or has violated any of the terms and conditions herein, including any of the BPI Terms and Conditions. Suspension or disqualification shall result in the cancellation of the person’s right of participation and/or the economic equivalent of all rewards enjoyed.

The Eligible Client shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Promo and the Participating Merchant.

General Terms & Conditions

• Clients are encouraged to report concerns regarding the promo within sixty (60) banking days from the relevant transaction or occurrence to facilitate timely investigation and resolution. Complaints received beyond this period may still be reviewed, subject to the availability of records and applicable laws, rules, and regulations.
• In case of any dispute regarding the Promo mechanics, BPI’s decision, with the concurrence of the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI), shall be considered final. This shall not prevent the client from pursuing other legal remedies available under applicable law.​
• BPI, its subsidiaries, directors, officers, and employees shall not be liable for any loss or damage, including direct, indirect, or consequential loss, suffered or incurred by participants arising from their participation in the Promo or receipt and use of the reward, subject to applicable law, except in cases of negligence, gross negligence or willful misconduct on the part of BPI.
• BPI, with the concurrence of DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or cancel the Promo in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.​
• Subject to the client’s active consent, BPI may disclose necessary information to its authorized third-party contractors or agents solely for purposes related to the processing and fulfillment of Promo rewards.​
• Subject to their active consent, participating clients may authorize BPI to collect, use, process, and disclose their personal information, including their name, photographs, and videos, for marketing and promotional materials related to this promo. Without such consent, BPI shall not use or disclose such personal information for these purposes. Where consent has been provided, participating clients agree that such materials may be used on television, radio, the BPI website, BPI social media pages, press releases, and other applicable promotional channels, without entitlement to royalties or additional remuneration, subject to applicable law.​
• The terms and conditions governing BPI Gold membership & Landers Executive Membership are incorporated herein by reference and shall apply to this Promo whenever applicable.​
