Brokers Accreditation Process

Become an accredited Buena Mano broker by submitting the required documents for verification and approval. Please prepare original copies along with clear scanned copies or photocopies of the following:

I. Individual Brokers

Basic Requirements

  1. Completed Broker’s Accreditation Form
  2. PRC Real Estate Broker Certificate
  3. Scanned PRC Real Estate Broker ID (front and back) with three (3) specimen signatures
  4. Latest Income Tax Return (ITR) or Tax Identification Number (TIN) Card or BIR Form 2303
  5. Valid government-issued ID (e.g., passport, driver’s license) with three (3) specimen signatures
  6. AMLC Provisional Certificate of Registration and/or Certificate of Registration
  7. For Sole Proprietorship: Updated DTI Registration and Business Permit
  8. Invoice

 

II. For Non-Individual Entities

A. Corporation

  1. Latest GIS, SEC Registration, Articles of Incorporation, and byLaws
  2. Corporate Secretary’s Certificate or Board Resolution
  3. Latest ITR, Audited Financial Statement, or BIR Form 2303 (Corporate)
  4. Valid government-issued IDs with three (3) specimen signatures of:
    1. All incorporators
    2. The Corporate Secretary
    3. The Authorized Signatory
  5. AMLC Provisional Certificate of Registration and/or Certificate of Registration
  6. Invoice

B. Partnership

  1. Articles of Partnership and byLaws

  2. Valid government-issued IDs with three (3) specimen signatures of all partners
