Important Advisory: Change of Benchmark of BPI World Technology Feeder Fund

Dear Valued Client, 

 We would like to inform you that effective 16 April 2024, the benchmark of BPI World Technology Feeder Fund (the “Investor Fund”) shall be amended as follows:

This reflects the change in the target fund’s benchmark in response to the regulatory development requiring the Target Fund to observe the following limits imposed by the Undertakings for Collective Investment in Transferable Securities (UCITS) directive:

• Weight of any single group entity cannot be more than 10% of a fund’s total assets 

• Group entities with a weight of more than 5% cannot in aggregate exceed 40% of the fund’s total assets

The Target Fund is the BlackRock World Technology Fund. 

Kindly note that this poses no effect on the overall risk and return profile, investment style, process, and objective of both the Target Fund and the Investor Fund.
