Pay bills

You’ll first need to add your biller as a Favorite. Here’s how:

1. Log in to your BPI online account through the BPI app or via web browser.

2. Tap or click on the settings icon (⚙️) in the upper right corner of your home screen.

3. Scroll down to Transactions and select Manage Favorites > Add new Favorite.

4. Select Billers, then select your biller’s name from the list.

5. Type in your biller reference number, then Continue.

6. Double-check the details and Confirm.

7. Approve adding this Favorite with Mobile Key.

Once you’re done adding your biller to your Favorites, follow these steps to pay:

1. In the main menu, select Pay/Load > Bills.

2. Select the account or card you want to pay from.

3. Select the biller from your list of Favorites.

4. Enter the amount you want to pay, then Continue.

5. Double-check the details of your transactions, and Confirm.

6. Approve the transaction with Mobile Key.*

*In case Mobile Key is down, you’ll have the option to approve with a One-Time PIN.

Note: The amount you paid will immediately be deducted from your account, but it will take up to three (3) banking days for your biller to reflect the payment.

You can add to your Favorites by logging in to your BPI online account through the BPI app or via web browser, then simply follow these steps:

1. Tap or click on the settings icon (⚙️) in the upper right corner of your home screen.

2. Scroll down to Transactions and select Manage Favorites > Add new Favorite.

3. Select Billers, then select your biller’s name from the list.

4. Type in your biller reference number, then Continue.

5. Double-check the details and Confirm.

6. Approve adding this Favorite with Mobile Key.

Your done! You can start paying your biller as soon as they’ve been added as a Favorite.

To scheduled bills payment, log in to BPI online via web browser and follow these steps:​  ​

1. Click the settings icon (⚙️) in the upper right corner and select Manage scheduled transactions.  ​
2. Click Schedule new transaction in the upper right corner, then select Pay bills.  ​
3. Select the account you want use for your scheduled transaction, then select the biller from your list of Favorites.  ​
4.  Type in the amount to pay, how often you want this payment to happen (one time, monthly, quarterly), then the date when you want the transaction to happen.   ​
5. Review the details and click Confirm. ​
6. Enter the One-Time PIN (OTP) sent to your registered mobile number.  ​

You can schedule a transaction up to 10:00 PM (GMT +8) one banking day before the date to make sure your payment goes through on time. ​

Your payment will take up to three (3) banking day to reflect. To avoid late fees, please schedule your transaction at least three (3) banking days before your bill’s due date.     

The amount you paid is deducted from your account immediately, but it can take up to three (3) banking days before it reflects with your biller.

It’s best to pay more than three (3) banking days before your bill’s due date to avoid potential late fees.

You can start paying a Favorite biller as soon as they’re added.

You can add up to 99 billers to your Favorites.

Yes, deleting a biller from Favorites can be done in real-time. You can always add them back in the future, in case you change your mind.
