1. The promo is exclusive to all BPI accountholders* who are enrolled in BPI Online and have an account on the PayMaya app. 

2. On the PayMaya app, BPI accountholders must cash in a minimum of Php 1,888 using their BPI Online account from February 1, 2022 to February 28, 2022 (11:59 PM Philippine Standard Time) to qualify. 

3. Eligible BPI accountholders will earn one (1) raffle entry for each eligible transaction during the promo period. 

4. A BPI accountholder can earn two (2) extra raffle entries from their eligible transaction if they use the amount they cashed in for the following transactions during the promo period: 

• Shop online or on Maya Mall and pay for at least Php 1,000 using their PayMaya-registered mobile number 
• Pay a bill worth at least Php 1,000 using their PayMaya app 
• Accumulate Php 1,000 worth of prepaid load purchases on their PayMaya app 

5. A total of 10 BPI accountholders will win Php 50,000 to be credited to their PayMaya app. 

6. An SMS notification from PayMaya will be sent to the eligible BPI accountholders one (1) working day after the promo period has ended to inform them of their number of raffle entries. Raffle entries earned from the promo are cumulative until the end of the indicated promo period. 

7. A BPI accountholder can opt not to participate in the promo by going to the Data and Personalization section in the settings menu of the PayMaya app. 

8. A BPI accountholder can only win once during the promo. 

9. The raffle draw will be on March 3, 2022, 11:00 AM, Philippine Standard Time, via Microsoft Teams in the presence of a representative from BPI, PayMaya, and DTI.

10. The winners will be notified via SMS, email, and phone call to their PayMaya-registered mobile number. A PayMaya representative will get in touch with the winners to verify their identity. PayMaya is the sole controller and processor of all personal information of participants under this Promotion and promotion participants agree to solely rely on PayMaya’s Privacy Policies in connection with the personal data they provide for participation in this promotion.

11. To claim their prizes, all winners must send a copy of a valid government ID to support@paymaya.com. Redemption of prize is within 60 days upon receipt of notification from PayMaya. Prizes not claimed within 60 days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of BPI and PayMaya with prior approval of DTI. 

12. Prizes will be credited to the PayMaya app of the winners within 10 working days from the raffle draw. 

13. The list of winners will be posted on the PayMaya and BPI website. 

14. Promo prizes are non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided. 

15. BPI, PayMaya, Voyager Innovations, Inc., PLDT Inc., Smart Communications Inc., and advertising agencies employees, and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join this promo.

16. Once the promo prize is claimed, the relevant supplier's or merchant's terms and conditions will apply. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the promo prizes. Any dispute concerning the promo prizes shall be settled directly between the BPI accountholder and the supplier or merchant in accordance with their terms and conditions. 

17. By participating in the promo, the BPI accountholder authorizes the bank to share his or her relevant information (including personal information) to suppliers or merchants for purposes of the redemption and processing of the prize in the event he or she is declared a winner.
