Each successfully approved and booked Ka-Negosyo Loan will earn two (2) raffle entries to get the chance to win the following prizes: 

General Policies

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the BPI Business Banking Ka-Negosyo Festival Promos for all qualified clients, who meet the eligibility requirements prescribed hereunder. 

2. The BPI Business Banking Agreement and Supplemental Terms and Conditions, Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, and the BPI Data Privacy Statement, are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof. 

Eligibility and Participation 

1. The promo will run from July 1, 2023 to August 31, 2023 (promo period), and shall be open to all BPI Business Banking clients who will apply for any Ka-Negosyo Loan. 

2. The Ka-Negosyo Loan must meet the following criteria to earn raffle entries: 

• Valid loan products include Ka-Negosyo Credit Line, Ka-Negosyo SME Loan, Ka-Negosyo Ready Loan.
• Loan must be applied for via the online loan application portal.
• Loan must be applied for within the promo period July 1, 2023 to August 31, 2023.
• Loan must be booked on or before September 15, 2023.

Note: If loan was not applied for via online loan application portal, client will earn one (1) raffle entry only. Ka-Negosyo Loan via Back to Back Program is not included in the valid loan products for this promo.

Rewards and Redemption

1. Major Prizes: 

• One (1) lucky BPI Business Banking client will get a chance to win one (1) Apple Macbook.
• One (1) lucky BPI Business Banking client will get a chance to win one (1) Apple iPad.

2. Minor Prizes: 

• Five (5) lucky BPI Business Banking clients will get a chance to each win Php 5,000 FoodPanda voucher.
• Five (5) lucky BPI Business Banking clients will get a chance to each win Php 5,000 Lazada voucher.
• Five (5) lucky BPI Business Banking clients will get a chance to each win Php 5,000 Seaoil PriceLOCQ voucher.
• Five (5) lucky BPI Business Banking clients will get a chance to each win Php 5,000 Seda Dining voucher.
• Five (5) lucky BPI Business Banking clients will get a chance to each win Php 5,000 Wilcon voucher.

3. The winners will be selected via a raffle draw to be facilitated by representatives from BPI Business Banking Marketing, Product Development and Distribution. 

4. Raffle draws for Minor Prizes will be conducted on a bi-weekly basis starting on July 28, 2023, and ending on September 15, 2023. Should the client be drawn as a raffle winner, he/she will be notified of their reward in five (5) to seven (7) banking days. 

Once a client wins a Minor Prize, he/she is no longer eligible to win a Major Prize.

5. Raffle draw for Major Prizes will be conducted on September 15, 2023. Should the client be drawn as a raffle winner, he/she will be notified of their reward in five (5) to seven (7) banking days. 

6. The raffle winner shall be notified through electronic mail, or such other electronic transmission including SMS, which BPI, at its option, considers appropriate and effective, and the proof of service of which is capable of verification. Said notice shall include instructions on how to redeem the prize. A redemption form is available for download and/or accomplishment in the email notice where the winner will indicate his/her information for further instructions on redeeming the reward. 

7. All terms and conditions relating to the use of voucher, and of the Apple gadget, as stipulated by the partner merchants shall apply.

8. The prize must be claimed within sixty (60) days of receipt of the notice from BPI, otherwise, the same will be forfeited in favor of BPI.

Weekly Php 500 Vouchers

First 500 clients with complete Ka-Negosyo Loan application and requirements will earn Php 500 voucher from Seaoil PriceLOCQ.

Note: Ka-Negosyo Loan via Back to Back Program is not included in the valid loan products for this promo.

2. The giveaway and disbursement of the Php 500 voucher will be conducted on a weekly basis starting on July 21, 2023, and ending on September 8, 2023. Should the client be drawn as a raffle winner, he/she will be notified of their reward in five (5) to seven (7) banking days. 

Once a client wins a Php 500 voucher, he/she is no longer eligible to win a Major or Minor Prize.

3. The giveaway winner shall be notified through electronic mail, or such other electronic transmission including SMS, which BPI, at its option, considers appropriate and effective, and the proof of service of which is capable of verification. Waived Processing Fee

New customers will enjoy free processing fee worth Php 5,000 upon booking of the Ka-Negosyo Loan.

• Loan must be applied for via the online loan application portal.
• Loan must be applied for within the promo period July 1, 2023 to August 31, 2023.
• Loan must be booked on or before September 15, 2023.

3. The BPI Business Banking client will enjoy the waived processing fee upon availment of the loan. 

4. The Waived Processing fee promo shall apply to the following: 

1. All rewards offered under the Promo shall not be convertible to cash, credit, gift certificates, privileges, rewards and/or other items/products. The offers are non-transferable and may only be availed of by the Business Banking client.

2. In case of disputes in respect of BPI only and the BPI Business Banking client’s availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI shall be considered final.

3. All disputes related to this Promo will only be dealt with if submitted within seven (7) banking days from the end of the Promo Period.

4. The Bank reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or suspend the Promo at any time.

5. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and procedures, as well as with BSP rules and regulations and applicable laws.

6. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether expressed or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the rewards items.

7. BPI reserves the right to suspend or disqualify any BPI Business Banking client from further participation in the Promo, if in its judgment, that user has violated the terms and conditions herein. Suspension or disqualification may result in the cancellation of the BPI Business Banking client’s right of participation and/or the collection of the economic equivalent of all rewards enjoyed.

8. BPI corporate and business clients with employees of BPI and their relatives up to second degree of consanguinity or affinity as DOSRI or sole proprietors are disqualified from joining the promo.
