1. How do I load money to my card?
If you have a BPI/ BPI Family Bank Deposit Account, you can easily transfer funds at your most convenient time from your BPI Account to your Amore Visa Prepaid Card through the following BPI electronic channels:
- BPI Online
- BPI Mobile App
- BPI Cash Accept Machines
If you don’t have a BPI / BPI Family Bank Deposit Account, you can still load Amore Visa Prepaid Card over-the-counter* at any BPI Branch.
*Maximum load per day is P50,000; aggregate of P500,000 per month.
2. How do I transfer funds to my card?
To transfer funds via BPI Online or BPI Mobile App, follow the steps below:
a. Log-in to BPI Online or BPI Mobile App
b. Under Transfers, Select "Load Prepaid Card" tab
c. Choose the Source.
d. Input the Amount to be Loaded.
e. Select "Load to 3rd Party Prepaid Card".
f. Input your 16-digit Prepaid Card Number.
g. Confirm and input the One-Time PIN that will be sent to your registered mobile number.
