1. What will happen if I lose or misplace my Amore Visa Prepaid beep™ Card?


Your Amore Visa Prepaid with beep™ card has 2 separate wallets: Visa wallet for online and in-store purchases and a beep™ wallet used to pay for tollgates, MRT, LRT, and bus fares.


Once your Amore Visa Prepaid with beep™ card is lost or misplaced, load from your Visa wallet can still be refunded while load from your beep™ wallet can no longer be recovered.
We encourage you to handle you card with care to ensure that you don't lose or misplace it.
