Promo Mechanics
1. Program Period: August 16, 2019 – December 31, 2019
2. Open to all BPI/BPI Family Savings Bank Preferred clients.
3. A reward will be given to Preferred clients who made a qualified referral during the program period.
4. A qualified referral is a new-to-bank client (no existing relationship with BPI, BPI Family Savings Bank, or BPI Direct BanKo) who opens any of the following deposit products, with an initial deposit of at least PHP 500,000 fresh funds on or before December 31, 2019, in:
a. Pamana Savings Account
b. Maxi-Saver Account (Peso)
c. Advance Savings Account
5. For purposes of this program, funds transferred from BPI, BPI Family Savings Bank, or BPI Direct BanKo will not be considered as “fresh funds.”
6. Initial deposit will be put on hold for 6 months.
7. Account opening is subject to the Bank’s standard requirement.
8. Tiered rewards for referrors are as follows:

9. Only the fresh funds initially deposited in the aforementioned deposit products will be considered in determining the reward to be given to the referror. Subsequent deposits, on top of the initial deposit, shall not be included in the calculation for determining the reward.
10. If the referror has multiple referrals, referror will be rewarded per referral. Cash reward to be given will be based on the initial deposit of each referral, not the aggregate amount of the initial deposits of all the referrals. See table below for illustration.

11. The referror will get the reward within 15 banking days after account opening. The monetary reward will be directly credited to the referror’s nominated Peso-denominated current/savings account.
12. In the event that the referral fails to meet the holdout requirement or terminates his/her relationship with the Bank within 6 months after account opening, the Bank shall debit the referror’s account for the value of the monetary reward.
13. Staycation Thrills offers are subject to the Terms & Conditions of the participating hotels.
14. In case of any dispute or issue between BPI/BPI Family Savings Bank and the referror/referral in connection with terms and conditions of the Program, the decision of BPI/BPI Family Savings Bank with the concurrence of DTI on the dispute or issue shall be considered final. In case the dispute or issue is in connection with the participating merchants or service providers and the latter’s performance and/or delivery of services under this program, subject to the terms and conditions set out above, the resolution of BPI/BPI Family Savings Bank and participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
