Eligibility
1. The Promo is open to cardholders with participating BPI Mastercard Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing:

2. The Promo Period is until December 31, 2024
3. To join the promo, the cardholder must use a valid BPI Mastercard® Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card for a minimum Php 5,000 single-receipt straight or installment purchase at any SM Store branch nationwide.
4. Valid for in-store and Personal Shopper card-present transactions.
5. Transactions paid via iPay88/email billing are excluded in the promo, as well as cardholders whose accounts are suspended or terminated are not eligible to join the promotion.
Promo mechanics and conditions
1. A minimum Php 5,000 single-receipt purchase (straight or installment transaction) at any SM Store branch nationwide gives the cardholder a chance to instantly win Php 50,000 or Php 5,000 SM Gift Pass.
2. There will be 100 winners of Php 100,000 worth of SM Gift Pass and 1,000 winners of Php 5,000 SM Gift Pass nationwide.
3. Claiming of prizes will be from October 28, 2024 until February 28, 2025.
4. Upon completing the minimum single-receipt transaction of Php 5,000 using Mastercard,
if the customer won: a winning stub will be generated after the qualified tape receipt indicating which prize the customer has won Php 100,000 or Php 5,000 worth of SM Gift Pass.
5. Promotion is only available in SM Store. Transactions made in other SM Retail Affiliates are not qualified to join the promo and win any prize.
6. The prize is non-convertible to cash.
7. Purchase of cell cards, phone cards, SM Gift Cards, SM Gift Pass, Concert Tickets, Returns, Bills Payment Products, and other products at the Customer Service Counter are not qualified for this promotion.
8. Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption.
9. How to claim the prize:
- For Instore Transactions - winner (Cardholder) must present the following documents at the Customer Service Counter (BCO) of the SM Store where the transaction was made. Customer Service Manager must verify the winning transaction prior to awarding of prizes to the cardholder:
- Original Winning Transaction Receipt
- Original Winning charge slip
- Original Winning Stub
- Winning Mastercard Used
- Valid ID
- For Personal Shopper Transactions – SM Store Branch rider/designated driver will release/deliver the Prize to the winner.
- If Authorized representative will claim the prize, the following must be presented:
- Original/Photocopy Valid ID of the winner
- Original Valid ID of the representative
- Original Winning Transaction Receipt
- Original Winning Stub
- Original Winning Charge Slip
10. The winner must surrender and sign the original winning stub.
11. The transaction receipt and winning charge slip should be marked/stamped “CLAIMED” upon release of Prize.
12. Cardholder can only claim his/her Prize at the same branch of the SM Store where the transaction was made.
13. SM Store and Mastercard will not replace lost or damaged prizes caused by the winner (cardholder).
14. SM Store and Mastercard Philippines reserves the right to disclose and publish names, photos and other information of the winners in any mode or manner as they deem appropriate.
15. Employees of SM Store, Mastercard, and its accredited advertising agencies and suppliers, and their family relatives up to 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from participating in the promotion.
1. The program is open to cardholders of participating BPI Credit Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing.
2. BPI Credit Cardholders are entitled to avail of Real 0% Special Installment Plan (SIP) Program. This allows Cardholders to avail up to 6 months Real 0% SIP at Merchant.
3. The Cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Special Installment Plan (SIP):
Terms and conditions
a. The SIP Real 0% installment terms are available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of Php 5,000.
b. The terms may be available for select items only.
c. All installment transactions are subject to BPI’s approval.
d. The cardholder can also choose to avail of the other SIP features:
Up to 100% BONUS MADNESS LIMIT for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders
Subject to favorable credit history, qualified Credit Cardholders will enjoy increased purchasing power with a bonus installment credit limit of up to 100% of their regular credit line. Approved installment transaction will automatically be deducted from the Madness limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions.
Buy Now Pay up to 3 months Later
First monthly amortization will be posted to the BPI Credit Cardholder’s account up to 3 months later from date of purchase. Succeeding amortizations shall be billed every month thereafter until full transaction amount is paid in full.
e. The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to principal amount using the diminishing balance method
e.1. BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 + 20% on the principal amount should the cardholder decides to terminate the SIP transaction prior to the 1st billing.
e.2. BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 for SIP transactions terminated after the first billing.
4. To qualify for the program, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at the Participating Merchant.
5. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Program shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant.
6. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of BPI Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Program campaign.
