1. The Promo is open to cardholders of participating BPI Credit Card whose accounts are active and in good standing.

2. The Promo Period is from July 15, 2023 to September 15, 2023.

3. The Redemption Period is from July 15, 2023 to November 14, 2023.

4. BPI Credit Cardholders are entitled to the following exclusive offers within the Promo Period.

5. To qualify for the exclusive offer, the cardholder must meet the required minimum single receipt spend of at least Php 5,000 for straight transactions and Php 10,000 for installment transaction and use his or her participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at all participating Robinsons Department Store branches via in-store or Call To Order. A valid single-receipt purchase entitles the customer to (1) claim stub.

6. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.

7. To redeem the reward, the cardholder must proceed to Robinsons Department Store Customer Center of the mall where the purchase was made and submit the following:

• Present the BPI Credit Card used in the transaction. Actual card used must not be expired.
• Original transaction receipt from Merchant with a minimum single receipt purchase of Php 5,000 for straight transaction or Php 10,000 for installment transaction
  • Must not be photocopied, defaced, faded, crumpled, tampered or receipts that are less than ¾ of its actual size and will not be honored;
• Charge slip(s) or transaction receipt (s)
  • Must be claimed from the same store where the purchase was made;
  • Must be valid and original charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s), not photocopied (customer copy) for the qualifying transaction at the participating club where the purchase was made;
  • Must be in good condition with legible transaction date, transaction amount and last four (4) digits of the card number. Photocopied, duplicate, faded, defaced, crumpled, and/or unreadable charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) will not be accepted;
  • Must be the Customer Copy; Duplicate Customer Copy, Merchant Copy, and/or Bank Copy will not be accepted;
  • Name printed on the charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s), must have the same name on the card presented;
  • Transaction date must be within the Promo Period.
  • Charge slip(s) will be collected by the customer service personnel upon release of the reward item/s.
• Claim stub
• Robinsons Department Store representative will issue the Php 300 or Php 500 Gift Certificate to the customer. The gift certificate can be used in Robinsons Department Store and its affiliate businesses under the Robinsons Retail Group.

8. The Cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

Terms and conditions

a. Only the BPI Credit Cardholder may avail of the offer and is non-transferable. Availment through authorized representatives, even with authorization letter, is not allowed.

b. Only purchases made within the Promo Period will qualify for the promo.

c. A customer can claim one (1) FREE GC only per day.

d. Purchase of mobile phone cards, bills payment, and other products at the Business Center are not qualified for this promotion.

e. A single purchase transaction requires only one approval. Splitting into smaller transaction sizes, and consequently, requiring multiple transaction approvals made with the same store or establishment on the same day will not be allowed. Splitting is defined as an intentional act of dividing a straight transaction into multiple transactions to receive more than one reward.

f. BPI and Merchant will not honor redemptions using official receipts or BPI Statement of Account.

g. Upon redemption, the customer service personnel will validate the BPI Credit Card used to pay for the qualified transaction against the charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) presented.

h. BPI and Merchant shall not be responsible for the replacement and/or acknowledgement of charge slip(s) or transaction receipt(s) that are stolen, lost, and/or faded for the purpose of redemption.

i. The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his or her card.

j. Promo can be availed with ongoing Robinsons Department Store promotions.

k. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

l. In case of dispute in respect to BPI only and the customers' availment of the promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

m. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

Terms and conditions

a. The SIP Real 0% instalment terms and monthly add-on interest terms are available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of P3,000.

b. The terms may be available for select items only.

c. All installment transactions are subject to BPI’s approval.

d. Cardholder can also choose to avail of the other SIP features:

Up to 100% BONUS MADNESS LIMIT for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders

Subject to favorable credit history, qualified Credit Cardholders will enjoy increased purchasing power with a bonus installment credit limit of up to 100% of their regular credit line. Approved installment transaction will automatically be deducted from the Madness limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions.

Buy Now Pay up to 3 months Later

First monthly amortization will be posted to the BPI Credit Cardholder’s account up to 3 months later from date of purchase. Succeeding amortizations shall be billed every month thereafter until full transaction amount is paid in full.

e. The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to principal amount using the diminishing balance method

e.1. BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 + 20% on the principal amount should the cardholder decides to terminate the SIP transaction prior to the 1st billing.

e.2. BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 for SIP transactions terminated after the 1st billing.

f. To qualify for the Program, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Card to pay for his or her purchases at the Participating Merchant.

g. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Program shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant.

h. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of BPI Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Program campaign.
