Promotion mechanics

1. The promo is exclusive to all BPI account holders* who are enrolled in BPI Online and/or using the BPI Mobile App.

2. To join and qualify for the promo, BPI account holders may do any of the following transactions from February 10, 2024 to February 29, 2024  (11:59 PM Philippine Standard Time) (the “Promo Period”):

a. Use the BPI to Cash feature on the BPI Mobile App to send money via Palawan Express; or

b. Go to to send money via Palawan Express. 

3. A minimum of Php1,000 send money is required to qualify for the Php20.00 cashback.

4. The cash back will be credited to the eligible customer’s PalawanPay wallet after 15 banking days from the date of customer’s transaction.

5. A push notification from Palawan Express will inform the qualified BPI accountholders that it has been added to their e-wallet.

6. A BPI accountholder can only claim/ receive the cash back once during the promo.

7. The promotion is non-transferable and non-cumulative, and it cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion, discount, voucher, privileges, or membership promotion (unless otherwise specified).

8. The qualified clients who use this promo are subject to the terms and conditions of BPI and Palawan Express.

9. By participating in the promo, the BPI accountholder authorizes the bank and Palawan Express to share his or her relevant information (including personal information) to suppliers or merchants/partner for purposes of the redemption / crediting of the discount voucher.

10. BPI and Palawan Express reserves the right to cancel rewards and /or cash backs for abuse and fraud.

11. All questions and disputes regarding the transaction validity for any redemption shall be resolved with Palawan Express.
