Mas Magandang Pasko Raffle

Win a cash prize of Php 172,000.00 or a Honda motorcycle when you: (i) open a BPI #SaveUp Digital Savings account or BPI Debit Regular Savings Account in any BPI branch nationwide or though BPI on-ground caravans; and (ii) maintain the required balance, through the BPI Mas Magandang Pasko Promo (the “Promo”). 

General policies

1. These Terms and Conditions govern the Promo for all New-to-Bank (“NTB”) clients, defined as those who do not have any existing relationship with BPI (no existing products or services availed), and who: (i) successfully open a BPI #SaveUp Digital Savings account or BPI Debit Regular Savings Account in any BPI branch nationwide or through BPI on-ground caravans; and (ii) maintain the required balance, subject to the eligibility requirements prescribed hereunder. 

2. The Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI #SaveUp account, BPI Debit Regular Savings Account, BPI Online and BPI Mobile App, BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, as well as the BPI Data Privacy Policy, are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof.

Eligibility and participation

1. The Promo, which shall run from September 8, 2023 to November 30, 2023 (the “Promo Period”), shall be open to all NTB clients who: (i) open a BPI #SaveUp Digital Savings account or BPI Debit Regular Savings Account within the Promo Period; and (ii) maintain the balance prescribed hereunder throughout the Promo Period (“Qualified Clients”). 

2. Qualified Clients shall be entitled to earn the following raffle entries:

3. Qualified Clients must maintain a balance that should not fall below Php 3,000 throughout the Promo Period, but should not go above Php 15,000 at the end of the Promo Period and before the raffle is drawn. 

4. Each Qualified Client shall only be entitled to earn raffle entries under one (1) type of savings account throughout the Promo Period. If a Qualified Client opens both a BPI #SaveUp Digital Savings Account and a BPI Peso Debit Regular Savings Account, and maintains the required balance for both accounts throughout the Promo Period, such Qualified Client will only be entitled to two (2) raffle entries.

5. All Qualified Clients will receive from BPI, monthly SMS reminders to maintain the required funds until November 30, 2023, to become eligible for the Promo and to earn raffle entries.

6. The raffle draw will be conducted on December 14, 2023, in a Zoom meeting with representatives from BPI and DTI.

7. All raffle winners will be notified on December 18, 2023 via SMS, email, and through their registered mail address. Raffle winners may claim their respective prizes by going to the BPI branch agreed upon with BPI representatives.

Qualified Clients who have maintained the balance prescribed throughout the Promo Period shall earn their corresponding raffle entries and get a chance to win any of the following prizes:

1. The prize offered under the Promo shall not be convertible to credit, privileges, rewards and/or other items/products. The offers are non-transferable and may only be availed of by Qualified Clients.  

2. In case of disputes in respect of BPI and the Qualified Client’s availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.  

3. All disputes related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period. 

4. BPI, in concurrence with DTI, reserves the right to terminate, discontinue, or suspend the Promo at any time.  

5. Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI #SaveUp account, BPI Debit Regular Savings Account, BPI Online and BPI Mobile App, BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integrals part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo. 

6. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and procedures, as well as with BSP rules and regulations and other applicable laws.   

7. The opening of BPI #SaveUp Digital Savings account or BPI Debit Regular Savings Account shall be subject to BPI’s applicable account opening parameters.

8. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the prizes.  

9. BPI employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the Promo.

10. To the full extent allowed by applicable laws, all warranties, whether express or implied by law or statute, are excluded herein. BPI does not make any warranty, express or implied, with respect to any of the prizes.
