The promo is open to cardholders of participating BPI Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing.

How to avail

1. Visit the KLOOK website or download the mobile app.

2. Login or sign up for an account.

3. Select your desired activity and preferred date and time.

4. In the KLOOK payment page, enter your participating BPI Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card’s details.

5. Enter the promo code in the promo code tab. The discount will be reflected on the checkout page once the promo code is inputted.

6. Once payment is successfully made, you will receive a copy of your booking itinerary receipt in your registered email address.

Terms and conditions

1. Promo code of BPIKLOOKHOLIDAY will be valid upon a minimum purchase of Php 1,000.

2. The discount from promo code BPIKLOOKHOLIDAY will be at 3% OFF or up to Php 3,000 whichever is lower.

3. The promo cannot be applied to experiences and stays on the blacklisted activities list.

4. Promo code of BPIKLOOKHOTEL will be valid upon a minimum purchase of Php 3,000.

5. The discount from promo code BPIKLOOKHOTEL will be at 5% OFF or up to Php 3,000 whichever is lower.

6. The promo cannot be applied to experiences and stays in the blacklisted activities list.

7. Both promo codes are valid for new and existing KLOOK users.

8. Each promo code is valid for one-time use only.

9. The promo is not applicable to the blacklisted activities.

10. Prices listed for the KLOOK activities may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes where applicable.

11. KLOOK reserves the right to require payment of fees or charges for any services offered by KLOOK. In availing of the Promo, KLOOK shall charge all its applicable fees or charges, as described in the KLOOK payment page of KLOOK’s website, the special booking sites, or the mobile application, as the case may be, in connection with such Services selected by you. 

12. To qualify for the discount, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.

13. For security, BPI Debit Card E-Commerce access is turned off by default. Go to the official BPI Debit Mastercard page to see the steps on enabling your E-Commerce access and International access in Card Control via BPI Online/BPI Mobile App when you need to transact online. Turn off your access when not in use.

14. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.

15. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.

16. The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the discount to his or her card.

17. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

18. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. 

19. In case of dispute in respect to BPI only and the customers' availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

20. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
