5. Free items are non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

6. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the client's availment of the promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
