Foodpanda Promo

Qualifications:

The Promo is open to select BPI Debit Mastercard cardholders who received promotional materials through their mobile or email registered in BPI’s system record.

How to avail

1.  Cardholder must refer to the promotional materials sent to his/her mobile number or email address.

2. To avail of the discount, Cardholder must download the foodpanda mobile app on the App Store or Google Play and proceed with the following steps:

a. Sign up or Log in.

b. Input the delivery location.

c. Choose from the available restaurants/shops under Delivery and Pick-up in the area.

d. Place order worth at least the minimum spend requirement for each voucher code.

e. Tap “Apply a voucher”

f. Enter applicable Voucher Code

g. Pay using a qualified card. Discount is applied to the total purchase upon checkout.

Terms and conditions

1. The Promo is open to pre-selected BPI Debit Mastercard cardholders who received promotional materials through their mobile or email registered in BPI’s system record, or other marketing material that may be received through other means.

2. Promo period is from August 16, 2023 to February 29, 2024.

3. Qualified BPI Debit Mastercard cardholders are entitled to get 30% or P250 OFF, whichever is lower when they use their BPI Debit Mastercard in foodpanda for a minimum spend of P600. The minimum spend is based on the gross food order value which is defined as the user’s total food order value before any discount and delivery fee are applied.

4. Cardholders must use their BPI Debit Mastercard as payment method in availing the discount.

5. The voucher code is only valid for sixty (60) calendar days upon date of unique voucher code send-out to the cardholder via their registered email or mobile number.

6. The voucher code is only applicable to new foodpanda users and valid for one-time use per foodpanda user.

7. The voucher is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product or plans.

8. All questions and issues arising from the Promo will only be accepted within sixty (60) banking days after the last day of promo period, after which BPI shall no longer accommodate disputes.

9. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action on debit card transaction or the participation/availment in the promo may result in the disqualification of the cardholder from the promo, suspension and/or cancellation of card privileges, according to BPI’s discretion.

10. In case of dispute with respect to BPI only and the customers' availment of the promo eligibility, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

11. BPI is authorized to give necessary information to its third-party contractor or agent to perform and complete the processing of transactions or redemption process of the eligible rewards.

12. The BPI Debit Mastercard Terms and Conditions, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo or to the use of the BPI Debit Mastercard.

13. Vouchers, discounts and promos and the use of the foodpanda platform shall likewise be governed by the foodpanda Terms of Use.
