Deposit to Drive Raffle Promo

Get a chance to win a Honda CLICK125 motorcycle when you deposit fresh funds into your BPI deposit account and maintain the required balance at the end of the Promo Period, through BPI’s Deposit to Drive Raffle Promo (the “Promo”).

General policies 

These Terms and Conditions govern the Promo for select BPI deposit accountholders who: (i) receive a notice from BPI of their eligibility to join the Promo; (ii) deposit fresh funds into their account totaling Php 5,000.00 by the end of the Promo Period, subject to the eligibility requirements further prescribed hereunder. 

The Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI #SaveUp account, BPI Regular Savings account, BPI Regular Checking account, BPI Saver Plus account, BPI Pamana Savings account,  BPI Online and BPI Mobile App, BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, as well as the BPI Data Privacy Statement, are hereby incorporated by reference and shall form an integral part hereof. 

Eligibility and participation

1.     The Promo, which shall run from October 1, 2023 to October 31, 2023 (the “Promo Period”), shall be open to all BPI deposit accountholders who: (i) receive a notice from BPI of their eligibility to join the Promo; (ii) deposit fresh funds into their account totaling Php5,000.00 by the end of the Promo Period (“Eligible Accountholders”).

2. Eligible Accountholders will be notified by BPI of the Promo via SMS and e-mail. They must make the deposit of fresh funds into the BPI deposit account mentioned in their notice from BPI.

3. Eligible Accountholders shall be entitled to earn one (1) raffle entry for every Php5,000 worth of fresh funds deposited into the account, reckoned on the last day of the Promo Period.

4. The Raffle Draw will be on November 14, 2023. It will be held in the Bank of the Philippine Islands office, 7F BPI Family Savings Bank Head Office, Paseo De Roxas Corner Dela Rosa Street, Makati City at 10:00 AM with representatives from BPI and DTI.

5. The winner will be notified via SMS, email, and through their registered mail address on November 22, 2023. The announcement of the winner will be published on November 26, 2023, via BPI’s corporate website.

6. The winner will be given sixty (60) days to redeem their prize via a selected BPI branch. They will need to present the winner’s notification and one (1) valid government-issued ID when they redeem their prize. BPI will shoulder the tax for the prize (20% tax for the Raffle Promo prize exceeding P10,000) and the initial registration expenses needed for the winner to claim their motorcycle unit. 

Prizes

Eligible Accountholders shall earn their corresponding raffle entries and get a chance to win a Honda CLICK125 Motorcycle. There will be 1 (one) winner of Honda CLICK125 Motorcycle.

1. The prize offered under the Promo shall not be convertible to cash, credit, privileges, rewards and/or other items/products. The prize is non-transferable and may only be availed of by the Eligible Accountholder.

2. In case of disputes in respect of BPI and the Eligible Accountholder’s availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. 

3. All disputes related to this Promo will only be entertained if submitted within sixty (60) banking days after the end of the Promo Period. 

4. The Terms and Conditions governing the use of BPI #SaveUp account, BPI Regular Savings account, BPI Regular Checking account, BPI Saver Plus account, BPI Pamana Savings account, BPI Online and BPI Mobile App, BPI’s Products, Services, Facilities and Channels, which are made integral parts hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo. 

5. The Promo shall be subject to periodic review to ensure compliance with BPI’s policies and procedures, as well as with BSP rules and regulations and other applicable laws.  

6. BPI and its subsidiaries are not liable for any loss, damage, or personal injury whatsoever (including but not limited to direct, indirect, and consequential loss) suffered or sustained in connection with the use of the prizes. 

7. BPI employees and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join the Promo.
