1. The Promo is open to cardholders of participating BPI Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing.

2. The Promo Period is from March 8, 2023 to February 28, 2024. Stay period is until March 15, 2024.

3. BPI Credit, Debit, and Prepaid cardholders are entitled to the following exclusive offers within the Promo Period:

4. To qualify for the discount/offer, the cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit, Debit, and Prepaid Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.

5. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.

6. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

Terms and conditions

Bluewater Maribago, Sumilon, and Panglao Beach Resorts

a. Advance reservation is required by calling the resorts hotline and confirming with the property that the Cardholder will avail of the exclusive discount/privileges. 

• Full payment is required prior to check-in.  
• An authorization form will be sent to the Cardholder upon confirming the reservation 

b. All incidental charges not included in the exclusive offer/s must be settled at the property with the Cardholder’s qualified BPI Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card.

c. Offers cannot be exchanged for other items or discounts and cannot be used in conjunction with upgrade certificates, current promotions, packages, Privileges and VIP cards, and any other discount as mandated by law, regulation, or ordinance.

d. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, the senior citizen or persons with disability can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the Expanded Senior Citizens Act of 2010 or the Magna Carta for Persons with Disability, whichever is higher.

e. Offers are non-transferrable and are not convertible to cash or gift certificates.

f. Bluewater Resorts’ standard re-booking, cancellation, and no-show policies will apply.

• Bookings can be revised and cancelled 72 hours before arrival date. Full cancellation charges to apply for revisions and cancellations made less than 72 hours prior arrival date.
• Failure to arrive at the hotel or property will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Property policy).

Booking and payment

Direct Bookings

b. The following information is required when making reservations:

• Complete Name of the Guests  
• Stay Dates  
• Number of Persons (Adults and Kids including age)  

- Children 12 years old and above is considered an adult and will be charged extra person rate.

- The Merchant is regulated by IATF on the number of persons allowed based on the size of the room.

• Email Address  

c. If the room is available on the preferred dates of stay, the Merchant shall confirm the reservations by sending an email to the Cardholder with the following details:  

• Booking Confirmation Voucher  
• Safe Stay Protocols  
• Pre-Arrival Requirements for tourists if traveling from outside Cebu

d. In the Booking Confirmation Voucher sent by the Merchant, the Online Payment Link shall be provided in order for the Cardholder to settle the room reservations using a BPI Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card.

The Payment Link provided is valid for three (3) days where the Cardholder needs to input the card details:  

e. Once payment has been made, the Cardholder needs to take a screenshot of the transaction and email it to Bluewater Resorts email address (maribago@bluewater.com.ph / sumilon@bluewater.com.ph / panglao@bluewater.com.ph), for Merchant to verify the transaction.

• Upon arrival, the Cardholder will be required to present the actual card used in paying your room reservations. The Cardholder and guest name must be the same.
• If in any case, the Cardholder fails to present the actual card upon check-in, the promo/discount will not apply, and he or she will be asked to pay the applicable rate without the discount. 

7. The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his or her card.

8. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.  

9. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

10. In case of dispute in respect to BPI only and the customers' availment of the promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

11. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
