1. The Promo is open to cardholders of Participating BPI Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing.

2. The Promo Period is from October 16, 2023 to December 31, 2023.

3. BPI Credit, Debit and Prepaid cardholders are entitled to the following exclusive offers within the Promo Period.

Promo offers

• Get a free Disney Backpack for a minimum single-receipt purchase of Php 5,000 
• Get a free Disney Lunch Bag for a minimum single-receipt purchase of Php 3,000 

Special Installment Plan for BPI Credit Cardholders 

• Up to 6 months Real 0% SIP 
• Buy Now Pay 3 months Later
• Additional Bonus Madness Limit on installment purchases to qualified credit cardholders 

4. To qualify for the discount/offer, the cardholder must use his or her participating BPI Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card to pay for his or her purchases at the Merchant.

5. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.

6. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

7. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his or her card.

8. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of the Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount, or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.

9. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

10. In case of dispute in respect to BPI only and the customers' availment of the promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves the participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

11. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit, Debit or Prepaid Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo.

 Program Mechanics (Special Installment Plan)

1. The Program is open to cardholders of participating BPI Credit Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing.

2. BPI Credit cardholders are entitled to avail of Real 0% Special Installment Plan Program. This allows cardholders to avail of up to 6 months Real 0% SIP at Merchant.

3. The Cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Special Installment Plan (SIP):

Terms and Conditions

a. The SIP Real 0% instalment terms are available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement. 

b. The terms may be available for select items only.  

c. All instalment transactions are subject to BPI’s approval.  

d. Cardholder can also choose to avail of the other SIP features: 

Up to 100% Bonus Madness Limit for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders 

Subject to favorable credit history, qualified Credit Cardholders will enjoy increased purchasing power with a bonus installment credit limit of up to 100% of their regular credit line. Approved installment transaction will automatically be deducted from the Madness limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions. 

Buy Now Pay up to 3 months Later 

First monthly amortization will be posted to the BPI Credit Cardholder’s account up to 3 months later from date of purchase. Succeeding amortizations shall be billed every month thereafter until full transaction amount is paid in full.

e. The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to principal amount using the diminishing balance method  

• BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 + 20% on the principal amount should the cardholder decides to terminate the SIP transaction prior to the 1st billing.  
• BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 for SIP transactions terminated after the first billing. 

4. To qualify for the Program, the Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Card to pay for his or her purchases at the Participating Merchant.  

5. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Program shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant.  

6. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of BPI Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Program campaign.
