Promo Mechanics

1. The promo is exclusive to all BPI and BPI Family Savings Bank Account holders who are enrolled in BPI Online.

2. Account Holders must load participating Smart and TNT products via BPI Online or BPI Mobile app during the promo period.

3. Account holders must load from November 23, 2020 to January 31, 2021
 (11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time) in order to qualify.

4. The eligible Smart and TNT products will get the corresponding raffle entries:

Draw date: February 8, 2021, Monday

Venue: BPI Buendia Center, 372 Sen. Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City

6. Winners can only win once.

7. The prizes are transferable but not convertible to cash.

8. Names of the winners will be announced on the BPI website.

9. Winners must bring the following to claim the prize:

• 1 valid ID (SSS ID, Drive’s license, Passport) with complete name, age, gender, and picture.
• Photocopy of the valid ID
• Registered mail of the winner

An authorized representative can claim the prize on behalf of the winner and must present the following:

• Signed authorization letter from the winner
• Photocopy of the valid ID of the winner
• Valid ID of the authorized representative
• Registered mail of the representative

10. Redemption of prize is within 60 days upon receipt of registered notice (text/call/email). If prize is not claimed within 60 days upon receipt of the notification, it shall be forfeited in favor of Smart and BPI with approval from DTI.

11. Each winner must allow BPI to use his/her name or picture in their marketing communication materials.

12. Winners will be drawn automatically and will be contacted via text/call/email. All prizes must be claimed within 60 days from receipt of the registered mail, otherwise prizes will be forfeited in favor of SMART and BPI with prior approval from DTI.

13. Customers have up to 7 days from the end of the promo to report possible disputes to BPI regarding the raffle entries earned. All aspects of the raffle promo are deemed final after this cut-off date.

14. Customers can opt not to participate in the promo by sending an SMS:

15. If a name wins more than once, he/she gets the prize of higher value.

16. Winners will be notified via registered mail, email and, phone call.

17. Smart will shoulder the 20% tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000.

18. Raffle draw will be witnessed by a DTI representative.
