You can pay for your package upon delivery using the BPI Mobile app.
Transactions are protected with One-Time-Pin (OTP) verification.
You can pay digitally whenever the delivery arrives. No need to prepare the exact cash.
Note: Currently available for Entrego deliveries within Manila, Makati, Pasay, Las Pinas, Muntinlupa, Paranaque, Mandaluyong, and San Juan. It will be available in other areas soon.
Upon checkout at select websites or apps, Entrego will send an SMS about your package's expected delivery date.
1. Go to the BPI Mobile app, swipe up and click on the "Pay on Delivery" banner.
2. Enter your mobile number and tap "Proceed."
3. Key in the One-Time PIN sent to your registered mobile number.
4. Enter your BPI Online username and password.
5. Select the BPI account you wish to pay from.
Note: You must link for pay on delivery at least a day before the estimated delivery date of the package.
1. You will receive an SMS from Entrego informing you which packages qualify for pay on delivery with Transakto.
2. When the delivery is at your door, launch the BPI Mobile app on your smartphone.
3. Swipe up on the login screen and tap the "Pay on Delivery" option.
4. Enter your mobile number and key in the One-Time PIN sent to you.
5. Select a package and tap "Confirm Payment."
6. Enter the One Time PIN.
You and your delivery agent will receive an SMS confirming your payment.
In case you encounter any problems after receiving your payment confirmation, use your payment reference number to inform your delivery agent that you have successfully paid. Ask your delivery agent to call their distribution hub in case the agent didn't receive the SMS to confirm your payment.
Pay on delivery is initially available in Entrego. This option is powered by Transakto. The courier will provide information via SMS if the pay on delivery facility via Transakto is available* in your area.

Transakto is a payment partner of BPI which allows you to pay on delivery with no cash needed. You can pay securely through your BPI Mobile app and make online shopping safer, faster, and more convenient.
