Governance Reporting

BPI considers effective governance reporting as central to the review of its system of governance and a key mechanism that allows its leadership to demonstrate integrity, transparency and accountability in their activities through corporate governance disclosures that are meaningful, forward looking, succinct and presented in an innovative and engaging manner.

This approach has stood the Board in good stead and will continue to underpin our efforts in raising the Bank’s standards of governance over time by continually benchmarking, modelling governance best practice and supporting corporate governance-related regulatory initiatives of the SEC and BSP.
