1. The promo is exclusive to all BPI accountholders* who are enrolled in BPI Online.

2. On the BPI Mobile app, BPI accountholders must swipe up and make any of the following transactions from August 1, 2022 to September 30, 2022. (11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time):

• Send money with BPI to Cash
• Pay bills with BPI QuickPay
• Pay government fees with BPI eGov
• Send money with BPI eDonate

3. BPI accountholders will earn one (1) raffle entry for each eligible transaction during the promo period.

4. A total of 72 BPI accountholders will win the following cash prizes:

5. An email notification with the total number of raffle entries will be sent to all eligible BPI accountholders at the end of the promo period.

6. A BPI accountholder can opt not to participate in the promo by sending and SMS with the message: BPI171ANNIVERSARY<space>NO to 09178910000.

7. A BPI accountholder only win once during the promo.

8. The raffle draw will be held on October 14, 2022 via Microsoft Teams in the presence of a representative from BPI and DTI.

9. The winner will be notified via registered mail or by any other form of communication wherein proof of notice or service can be verified.

10. The list of winners will be posted on the BPI website.

11. To claim the prize, winners must send the following to BPI’s Digital Channels email address: · Copy of the congratulatory mail or email · Scanned copy of 1 valid government ID (ex. Philsys National ID, SSS UMID ID, Driver’s License, and Passport) · Scanned and signed copy of client’s consent form.

12. Crediting of winners will be done 7 to 10 working days after receiving claiming documents.

13. Promo prizes are non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

14. BPI will shoulder the 20% withholding tax for prizes exceeding Php 10,000.

15. Redemption of prize is within 60 days upon receipt of winner’s notification. Prizes not claimed within 60 days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of BPI with prior approval of DTI.

16. BPI employees and their relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join this promo.

17. By participating in the promo, the BPI accountholder authorizes the bank to share his or her relevant information (including personal information) to suppliers or merchants for purposes of the redemption and processing of the prize in the event he or she is declared a winner.
