Get your Beep QR ticket straight from your BPI Mobile app.
Generate your QR ticket any time you need it.
Your transactions are protected with OTP (One-Time PIN) verification.
Simply present your phone to the scanner and you’re on your way.
1. On your BPI Mobile app, go to "Payments/Load."
2. Choose "Buy Beep QR ticket."
3. Choose the account you wish to use.
4. Select which area you are commuting to.
5. Choose your "Route", "Source Location", and "Destination."
6. Review the details and click "Confirm."
7. Enter your One-Time PIN (OTP) then select "Submit."
You can take a screenshot to have a copy of your ticket, or change the settings from your phone so that your Beep QR will be automatically saved on your gallery.
Beep QR is a QR code-based ticket that you can scan before riding the bus or ferry*, instead of using a Beep card or a regular ticket. It can exclusively be generated using your BPI Mobile app.
*It is initially available on BGC bus routes and Topline Express Ferry routes in Cebu.
1. On your BPI Mobile app, go to "Payments/Load."

It means that you did not allow the BPI Mobile app to access your photos. Thus, the Beep QR you generated was not automatically saved in your photo gallery. You can take a screenshot to have a copy of your ticket, then change the settings from your phone so that generated Beep QR tickets will be saved to your gallery.
1. From the Login page, tap Beep QR Ticket button.
2. Tap "Buy Beep QR ticket."
3. Choose "Open last Beep QR ticket" and will be redirected to the Beep QR tickets gallery.
Kindly note that what you’ll only be able to retrieve is the recently generated QR ticket.
