1. The promo is exclusive to all BPI and BPI Family Savings Bank accountholders who are enrolled in BPI Online (the “BPI accountholders”).

2. BPI accountholders must shop at the USANA website (www.usana.com), and pay at least a minimum of Php 5,000 using BPI Online during the promo period.

3. To join, BPI accountholders must do the following:

Upon checkout on the USANA website, select BPI Online as mode of payment.
Log in your credentials and enter the amount to pay.
Enter the One-Time PIN sent to your registered mobile number.

A confirmation screen on the website or app will reflect the details of your successful transaction.

4. A total of 170 winners will get a chance to win a special Poly-C gift pack.

5. All promo-eligible BPI Online transactions from August 17, 2021 to September 30, 2021 (11:59 PM, Philippine Standard Time) are qualified.

6. An email with the total number of raffle entries will be sent to eligible BPI accountholders at the end of the promo period.

7. A BPI accountholder can opt not to participate in the promo by sending an SMS to BPIUSANAPROMO<space>NO and send to 09178910000.

8. A BPI accountholder can only win once during the promo.

9. Raffle draw will be on October 15, 2021 at BPI Buendia Center, 372 Sen Gil Puyat Ave., Makati City.

10. The winner must be notified via registered mail or by any other form of communication wherein proof of notice or service can be verified.

11. The list of winners will be posted on the BPI website and at USANA’s official Facebook page and website.

12. Once verified, prize can be claimed at USANA offices.

13. Promo prizes are non-transferable, non-cumulative, cannot be exchanged for cash or other products, and cannot be used in conjunction with any other discounts, promotions, fixed price items, unless otherwise provided.

14. Redemption of prize is within 60 days upon receipt of registered notice (text/call/email). Prize not claimed within 60 days upon receipt of notification shall be forfeited in favor of BPI and USANA with prior approval from DTI.

15. BPI and USANA employees and relatives up to the second degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified to join this promo.

16. A BPI accountholder have up to 7 days from the end of the promo to dispute the raffle entries earned. The decision of BPI and USANA with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. All raffle entries shall be deemed final after the cut-off date.

17. By participating in the promo, the BPI accountholders authorizes the bank to share his or her relevant information (including personal information) to suppliers/merchants for purposes of the redemption and processing of the prize in the event he or she is declared a winner.
