The Spend and Get an eGift of Your Choice Promo is open to pre-selected BPI Debit Mastercard cardholders who received promotional material for the said promo sent to their mobile number or email address registered in BPI’s system record.
 

How to Avail the Promo

 
1. Cardholder must refer to the Spend and Get an eGift of Your Choice promotional materials sent to your mobile number or email address registered in BPI Record.

2. Qualified cardholder must accumulate P2,000 spend using your BPI Debit Mastercard from November 22 to December 22, 2022.

3. Qualified cardholders will receive an eGift code from Giftaway through their registered mobile and/or email, within 15 business days after promo period. The SMS or email will contain a link on how to use the redemption code and specific redemption instructions are provided per merchant.
 

Terms and Conditions

1. The Spend and Get an eGift of Your Choice Promo is open to pre-selected BPI Debit Mastercard cardholders who received promotional material for the said promo sent to their mobile number or email address registered in BPI Record.

2. Promo period is from November 22, 2022 to December 22, 2022.

3. Qualified BPI Debit Mastercard cardholders are entitled to get Php 100 eGift for his/her accumulated spend of Php 2,000 using his/her BPI Debit Mastercard within the promo period.

4. For qualified cardholders holding BPI Debit Mastercards, all qualified transactions made using all his/her BPI Debit Mastercard will be aggregated. For joint accounts, accountholders will be treated as individual qualified cardholders as long as they received a promotional material that they are qualified in the promo.

5. Qualified cardholder will receive an eGift code from Giftaway within 15 business days once the promo period ends via his registered mobile and/or email, with a link on how to use his redemption code. Specific redemption instructions are provided per merchant.

6. The redemption code is transferable to the cardholders’ nominated recipient as long as he meets the requirements in using the redemption code.

7. The eGift is for one-time use only.

8. The following transactions are qualified, but not limited to:

• Local Retail Transactions (Straight)  
• Foreign Currency Purchases (Straight)  
• Online or Internet Transactions  
• Auto Charge
• Mail Order/Telephone Order (MOTO)  

 
9. The following transactions are excluded from this promo:  

a. Cash advances (local or international) such as:

• Member Financial Inst-Manual Cash Disbursement
• Financial Int’l-Automated Cash Disbursement

b. Transactions from stock trading, foreign exchange trading, financial trading services, remittance and the like; mobile payment/mobile wallet transactions and online payment system (such as but not limited to GrabPay, GCash, PayMaya, PayPal, Coins.ph, and the like) such as:

• POI Funding Transactions
• Member Financial Inst-Merchandise and Services

c. Business transactions such as but not limited to:

• Direct or multi-level marketing, as well as from merchants specifically engaged in wholesale and distribution
• Payment services
• Professional services.  

d. Transactions from casino/gambling, money transfers, quasi cash financial institution, political organizations and bail & bond payment such as:

• Bail & Bond Payments
• Betting (Including Lottery Tickets, Chips)
• Government Owned Lottery
• Internet Gambling
• Government Licensed Horse/Dog Racing
• Wire Transfer Money Orders
• Quasi Cash-Member Financial Inst.
• Quasi Cash-Merchant
• Organizations, Political

10. All questions and issues arising from the Promo will only be accepted within sixty (60) banking days after the last day of promo period, after which BPI shall no longer accommodate disputes.

11. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action on credit card transaction or the participation/availment in the promo may result in the disqualification of the cardholder from the promo, suspension and/or cancellation of card privileges and/or the charge of the full value of the eGift to the Principal cardholder’s account, according to BPI’s discretion.

12. In case of dispute with respect to BPI only and the customers' availment of the promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

13. BPI is authorized to give necessary information to its third-party contractor or agent to perform and complete the registration process and redemption process of the eGift code(s).

14. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo campaign.
