There are two different ways on how you can pay using your card:

1. Insert
Your card will be inserted in the Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal if it is EMV-enabled.

2. Tap to Pay
Your card will be tapped if the Point-of-Sale (POS) terminal accepts contactless payments.

You must activate your E-Commerce access via BPI Online and mobile app.

1. Log in to BPI Online or mobile app.
2. Select "Other Services" then choose "Card Control" (under Cards).
3. Select the card you will be using for online purhcases.
4. Turn on the E-Commerce access.
5. A One-Time PIN (OTP) will be sent. Type your OTP to activate E-Commerce access. 

Once you have activated your E-Commerce access, you can pay online in any Mastercard-affiliated store.

1. Enter your card number.
2. Enter the card's expiration date.
3. Enter the card's CVC.
