Qualifications

1. The Promo is open to all active cardholders in good standing of the following BPI Debit Cards: 

BPI Debit Cards

• BPI Debit Mastercard (BPI)
• BPI Debit Mastercard (BFB)
• BPI Debit Mastercard (BPI Direct Banko)

How to Avail

1. To earn an e-raffle entry, customers must purchase a minimum single-receipt of P1,000 at Robinsons Department Store and pay with BPI Debit Mastercard using its Contactless Payment feature.

2. Promo period is from August 16, 2022 to November 16, 2022.

3. The promo is open to all Robinsons Department Store customers with any of the following active BPI Debit Mastercard:

• BPI Debit Mastercard (BPI)
• BPI Debit Mastercard (BFB)
• BPI Debit Mastercard (BPI Direct Banko)

4. The promo is exclusive to transactions made in any Robinsons Department Store nationwide using a BPI Debit Mastercard and its Contactless Payment Feature from August 16, 2022 until November 16, 2022 only.

5. Cardholders are entitled to one (1) e-raffle entry per receipt with a minimum purchase of Php 1,000 (cannot combine receipts, and only 1 e-raffle entry may be earned per receipt regardless of the amount). There are no limits to the number of e-raffle entries a Cardholder can earn during the Promo Period.

6. To join the Promo, the Cardholder must visit the promo page on the Robinsons Department Store website to submit an e-raffle entry.  

7. The customer must fill out the necessary details and upload a clear photo or scanned copy of the Official Receipt of purchase for validation.

• Full Name (must be the same name appearing on the BPI Debit Mastercard used)
• Complete Address
• Mobile Number
• E-mail Address
• Robinsons Department Store Branch of Purchase
• Official Receipt Transaction ID
• Date of Purchase

8. Customer must agree (through a tick box on the raffle entry submission form) to the data collection and usage for the purpose of contacting the customer in case they win in the raffle promo. Customer names will also be published on the BPI website.

9. A total of 8 winners will win from the raffle promo:

• 1 winner of Php 300,000 broken down to:

a. Php 240,000 cash to be credited to customer’s BPI Debit account

b. Php 60,000 worth of Robinsons Gift Certificates

• 7 winners of Php 100,000 broken down to:

a. Php 80,000 cash to be credited to customer’s BPI Debit account

b. Php 20,000 worth of Robinsons Gift Certificates

10. Purchase of mobile phone cards, Bills Payment Products, and other products at the Business Center are not qualified for this promotion.

11. Customer may submit his/her entry by November 18, 2022.

Selection of Winners and Claiming of Prizes

1. All qualified entries during the promo duration will be drawn via an electronic raffle draw on November 25, 2022 at BPI office (11th Floor, BPI Buendia Center, Sen. Gil Puyat Avenue, Makati City) under the supervision of a DTI representative and Robinsons Department Store.

2. Winners will be validated through the following:

• Robinsons Department Store validation of receipt
• BPI validation (via name) if the winner has an active BPI Debit Mastercard.  

3. Once winners are validated, they will be contacted by BPI not later than December 2, 2022 through any of the following official channels of BPI:

• Mail / E-mail
• Viber
• SMS
• Call via Contact Center

4. On claiming of prizes:

• Cash: BPI will credit the amount to winner’s active BPI Debit Mastercard account. The winner must visit any BPI Branch which will process the crediting and must sign relevant documentation acknowledging receipt of his/her prize. The winner must present the following:

a. Valid ID

b. BPI Debit Mastercard used  

c. Notification from BPI informing him/her of winning the Promo (see item #3 above)

• Robinsons Gift Certificates: Winners must present at least 2 government issued IDs to the designated store representative of Robinsons Department Store branch of purchase indicated on the winning receipt during business hours only.  

5. All cardholders may only win once. The prize with higher value will be awarded if a winner is drawn more than once.

6. Employees of BPI, Robinsons Department Store (as well as its concessionaires/vendors), their affiliate companies, accredited advertising agencies, and suppliers, and their relatives up to the 2nd degree of affinity or consanguinity, are disqualified from joining the Promo.

Terms and Conditions

1. Promo is available in all Robinsons Department Store branches nationwide.  

2. The Promo is open to customers with active BPI Debit Mastercard only.

3. By joining this Promo, the Cardholder confirms that he/she has read, understood, and agreed to the Promo mechanics and its terms & conditions.

4. All offers under the Promo shall not be convertible to cash, credit, gift certificates, privileges, rewards and/or other items/products. They may not be exchanged with any other product. The offers are non-transferable and may only be availed by the BPI Debit Mastercard Cardholder.

5. Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI) and Robinsons Department Store reserve the right to vary these terms & conditions with prior approval of DTI-FTEB.

6. 20% tax for the prizes will be shouldered by BPI.

7. The Cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the prize to his or her debit card.

8. Any dispute concerning the product/s and/or service/s related to the Promo Offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder, BPI, and Robinsons Department Store with the concurrence of DTI.

9. Terms and conditions governing the Bank’s products, services, facilities and channels, which are made an integral part of hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to the Promo.  

10. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Debit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

11. In case of loss of official receipt, it will not be replaced or reissued. Robinsons Department Store cannot be held liable for official receipts that were lost, mutilated or defaced and such damage that prevents the representative from identifying the security and authenticity features thereof.
