Qualifications
 
1. The Promo is open to cardholders of participating BPI Debit Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing:

a. BPI Debit Mastercard
b. BPI Debit EMV Cirrus

How to Avail

 
1. The promo is available on December 8, 2022, December 15, 2022 and December 19, 2022 at all J.Co stores in Manila, Cebu, and Davao, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM. Promo can be availed via Dine In and Take Out, Delivery is excluded.

2. To avail of the promo, customer must present a Debit card transaction slip (no minimum spend required) using their BPI Debit Card dated from December 1, 2022 onwards. The transaction slip will be stamped and may no longer be used again to avail of the promo.

3. Upon presentation of the transaction slip, customer must pay for his/her purchase using his/her BPI Debit Card to avail of the promo and save Php 221.  

4. The 1 dozen box of J.Co donuts is pre-packed and may not be changed with other flavors. The flavors are:

• 2 Alcapone
• 1 Mylosaurus
• 1 Mr. Green Tea
• 1 Caviar Chocolate
• 1 Oreology
• 1 Tiramisu
• 1 Jcoccino
• 1 Blueberry More
• 1 Katy Berry
• 1 Coco Loco

5. Cardholder may avail of the promo only once per specified promo date.

Terms and Conditions

 
1. To qualify for the discount/offer, the cardholder must present a valid transaction slip from a purchase done using his BPI Debit Card dated December 01, 2022 onwards, and use his or her Participating BPI Debit Card to pay for his or her purchases at J.Co.

2. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.

3. The offer is valid only on specified dates.

4. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.

5. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent (e.g. invalid transaction slip due to mismatch on details in transaction slip and card), BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his or her card.

6. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

7. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the customers' availment of the promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

8. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Debit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
