1. To receive an eGift from qualified transactions, the Principal Cardholder must register via the registration portal. Cardholder will be asked to provide the last 10-Digits of his Customer Number, his updated mobile number, and/or email address.


2. After the Principal Cardholder submits his registration details in the portal, a confirmation page will prompt confirming receipt of his registration.


3. The Principal Cardholder will be notified by "BPI GIFT" on the registration result (valid or invalid) through SMS and/or e-mail within two (2) banking days from the registration date.


4. Remember that successful registration is required to qualify for the promo. Only the posted transactions, after receipt of successful registration confirmation from BPI, will qualify to earn eGift(s). Transactions made prior to the successful date of registration will NOT qualify to earn eGift(s).


5. The Principal Cardholder will not be qualified to receive eGift(s) if the Principal Cardholder has not registered his mobile and/or email to the promo.


6. Only the Principal Cardholder is allowed to register for the promo. All qualified and posted transactions of the Principal Cardholder, including his supplementary card(s), will earn eGift(s). The eGift(s) will be sent to the Principal Cardholder’s mobile and/or email used in registration.


7. The mobile number and/or e-mail address used for registration must be the same with the Principal Cardholder’s contact details in BPI Credit Cards’ system records. Should there be any changes within the promo period, it is the responsibility of the Principal Cardholder to update his or her contact information in BPI Credit Cards’ system records.


8. By completing his registration, the Cardholder agrees that his personal information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and the security terms of the service provider, Giftaway.


9. In case the mobile number and/or e-mail address does not match with BPI Credit Cards’ system records, the Principal Cardholder is required to update his contact information by calling 24-hour BPI Contact Center 889-10000 or by visiting the nearest BPI branch.


Note: The Principal Cardholder may register after two (2) banking days from date of contact information update.


Reminder: To proceed with the registration, BPI will only ask for the last 10 digits of your customer number, mobile number and/or email address that you previously provided to BPI. BPI will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, and One-time PIN via links in e-mail, SMS, or phone calls.

1. To redeem the eGift(s), the Principal Cardholder must access the unique link sent to his registered SMS and/or email. This serves as his unique redemption portal.


2. The Principal Cardholder must choose among the two reward options: (1) eGift code that can be redeemed at any of the accredited Giftaway merchant partners or; (2) convert his eGift into cash rebate.


a. For eGift code redemption:

  • Cardholder must select Redeem Now and choose the eGift redemption option.
  • Cardholder must click the "+” or "-" icons in the Php 100 eGC option to indicate the eGC amount to be redeemed and then click Proceed to submit the request.
  • A confirmation page will prompt, followed by the redemption notification sent via Cardholders' registered contact info (SMS and/or email).
  • Cardholder will receive an eGift code via his registered mobile and/or email, with a link on how to use his redemption code. Specific redemption instructions are provided per merchant.
  • The redemption code is transferable to the Cardholders’ nominated recipient as long as he meets the requirements in using the redemption code.


b. For conversion of eGift into cash rebate:

  • Cardholder must select Redeem Now and choose the cash rebate redemption option.

  • Cardholder must click the "+” or "-" icons in the Php 100 eGC option to indicate the eGC amount to be redeemed and then click Proceed to submit the request.

  • A confirmation page will prompt, followed by the redemption notification sent via Cardholders' registered contact info (SMS and/or email).

  • Cash Rebate request will be processed within 30 banking days after redemption date.

  • Cardholder should receive a notification on his registered mobile and/or email once the cash rebate is credited to his account.


3. The eGift is for one-time use only.


4. Principal Cardholder is allowed to receive up to a maximum of thirty (30) eGifts (worth Php 3,000) within the Promo Period. The Principal Cardholder who has reached the maximum limit will be notified via SMS and/or e-mail.  Maximum limit is per customer number.


5. Cardholder is allowed multiple redemptions to multiple merchant partners per day within the redemption period.


6. The eGift is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos.


7. All unused eGift(s) and eGift code(s) will be deactivated by the end of the Redemption Period.


8. Once a valid redemption is made, it cannot be cancelled, reversed or applied to another item, or eGift code.


9. The Cardholder is responsible for safekeeping his eGift and his redemption portal link. BPI and the Merchant partner shall not replace the redeemed eGift code.


10. The Cardholder agrees that should his or her redemption will be found fraudulent or result from splitting of transactions, BPI shall have the right to charge the cost of the reward to his BPI Credit Card or revert his Cash Rebate.


Reminder: To proceed with the registration, BPI will only ask for the last 10 digits of your customer number, mobile number and/or email address that you previously provided to BPI. BPI will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVV, and One-time PIN via links in e-mail, SMS, or phone calls.
