How to Avail

1. Visit the KLOOK website or download the mobile app.

2. Login or sign up for an account.

3. Select your desired activity and preferred date and time.

4. In the KLOOK payment page, enter your participating BPI Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card’s details.

5. Enter the promo code in the promo code tab. The discount will be reflected on the checkout page once the promo code is inputted.

6. Once payment is successfully made, you will receive a copy of your booking itinerary receipt in your registered email address.

Terms and Conditions

1. No minimum spend required to avail of the 5% discount.

2. The discount will be at 5% off or up to Php 1,000 whichever is lower.

3. Minimum purchase of Php 1,500 is required to avail of the 8% discount.

4. The discount will be at 8% off or up to Php 1,500 whichever is lower.

5. The promo cannot be applied to experiences and stays in the blacklisted activities list.

6. The promo is valid for new and existing KLOOK users.

7. The promo is valid for one-time use only.

8. The promo is not applicable to the blacklisted activities.

9. Prices listed for the KLOOK activities may be subject to service charge and prevailing government taxes where applicable.

10. KLOOK reserves the right to require payment of fees or charges for any services offered by KLOOK. In availing of the Promo, KLOOK shall charge all its applicable fees or as described in the Payment page of KLOOK’s website,  special booking sites, or mobile application, as the case may be, in connection with such Services selected by you.

11. To qualify for the discount, the BPI Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card to pay for his or her purchases at KLOOK.

12. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.

13. The discount/offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.

14. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the discount to his or her card.

15. Any dispute concerning the service/s related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the Cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

16. The promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant.

17. In case of dispute in respect to BPI only and the customers' availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

18. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit, Debit or Prepaid Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
