4. To qualify for the discount/offer, the cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit, Debit and Prepaid Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant within the Promo Period.

5. Offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.

6. The discount/offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.

7. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his or her card.

8. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant.

9. Any dispute concerning the products related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

10. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the customers' availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

11. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

Program Mechanics – Special Installment Plan (SIP)

1. The Program is open to BPI Credit cardholders in good standing with any of the following participating cards:

2. BPI Credit cardholders are entitled to avail of Real 0% Special Installment Plan (SIP) Program. This allows cardholders to avail up to 24 months Real 0% SIP at Merchant.

3. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Special Installment Plan (SIP):

Terms and Conditions
a. The SIP Real 0% installment terms are available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of Php 5,000.

b. The terms may be available for select items only.

c. All installment transactions are subject to BPI Authorizations approval.

d. Cardholder can also choose to avail of the other SIP features:

Up to 100% Bonus Madness Limit for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders

Subject to favorable credit history, qualified Credit cardholders will enjoy increased purchasing power with a bonus installment credit limit of up to 100% of their regular credit line. Approved installment transaction will automatically be deducted from the Madness limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions.

Buy Now Pay up to 3 months Later

First monthly amortization will be posted to the BPI Credit cardholder’s account up to 3 months later from date of purchase. Succeeding amortizations shall be billed every month thereafter until full transaction amount is paid in full.

e. The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to principal amount using the diminishing balance method

BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 + 20% on the principal amount should the cardholder decide to terminate the SIP transaction prior to the 1st billing.
BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 for SIP transactions terminated after the first billing.

4. To qualify for the Program, the cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at the Participating Merchant.

5. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Program shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant.

How to Avail:
a. Cardholder visits www.smappliance.com and selects the items to be purchased.

b. Cardholder adds the preferred items to cart, proceeds to checkout page and fills in required information.

c. On the checkout page, Cardholder clicks “Continue to Payment”.

d. Cardholder selects “Payment” method.

e. Cardholder selects “BPI” as payment option.

f. Cardholder clicks “Complete Order” button.

g. Cardholder is redirected to a Payment Gateway for Order and Payment Information page and input his/her preferred installment type, installment term, and BPI Credit Card details.

h. Cardholder ticks “I agree” in terms and conditions.

i. Cardholder fills in the required information of his/her card details.

j. Cardholder clicks “Pay Now”.

k. Cardholder receives confirmation email from Merchant.
