Step 1: Register
Register to the promo via the registration portal using a unique alphanumeric promo code sent to your BPI registered mobile number and/or email in BPI Credit Cards’ system records.
1. Only the Principal cardholder is eligible to register in the promo.
2. Register using the unique promo code.
3. Successful registration is required to qualify in the promo.
4. After completing the registration process, the portal will display a page confirming receipt of the registration details. The system-generated auto-reply you will receive confirming receipt of your registration attempt is not yet the confirmation notification of successful validation of your registration.
5. You will receive a notification via SMS and/or email regarding the result of the validation, whether successful or not after five (5) banking days from date of registration.
6. Transactions made prior to the date of registration with a successful registration confirmation will not be included in the promo.

Step 2: Shop and Track
Use a qualified BPI Mastercard Credit Card for all straight or Special Installment Plan purchases (in-store and online) within the promo period.

The Principal cardholder including all Supplementary cardholders linked to the account may earn qualified straight or installment purchases (in-store and online) within the promo period.
You can view your qualified purchases and earned eGCs in the eGC Hub. Use the same promo code sent to you to log in. This is updated within five (5) banking days from the date of posting of transaction/s.
Step 3: Choose your reward
Redemption Period: Sixty (60) days from date of earning/posting of the rewards at the eGC Hub.
Click the redemption portal link sent along with the confirmation that you have already qualified for a reward. You can earn eGCs from your qualified transactions. Maximum of twenty (20) qualified transactions only are allowed per cardholder within the promo period.

General Mechanics
1. The Promo is open to all Principal cardholders of the following BPI Mastercard Credit Cards (“Qualified Card”) whose accounts are active and current within the promo period and at the time of Redemption:
- Blue Mastercard
- eCredit Mastercard
- Edge Mastercard
- Gold Mastercard
- Petron-BPI Mastercard
The following cards are not qualified:
- Corporate Mastercard
- Corporate Classic
- Amore Cashback Card

2. Registration Period is from November 24, 2021 to January 31, 2022. The Principal cardholder must register via the registration portal link. Refer to the Registration Mechanics for full details.

3. Cardholder must reach the minimum required spend for straight or installment purchases to qualify for a reward.
4. Redemption can be made within sixty (60) days from the date of earning/posting of rewards at the eGC Hub.
5. Cardholder can earn eGCs from his/her qualified transactions. Maximum of twenty (20) qualified transactions only per cardholder within the promo period.
6. The Principal cardholder must have updated contact details in the BPI Credit Cards’ system.

MCCs: Merchant Category Code (MCC) is a four-digit number assigned to every business that applies to accept credit cards. The number corresponds to the type of business or service the company offers.
9. All qualified transactions made starting from the date of Principal cardholder’s valid registration shall be included in the promo. Transactions made prior to the successful date of registration will not be included. Transactions must be made within the promo period.
10. The registered Principal cardholder with a qualified transaction has 2 options in redeeming his/her eGC. Conversion of eGC to an eGC code which can be used at any of the accredited merchant partner of Giftaway:
- Redemption via merchant partners' physical store
- Redemption via online (applicable to select online merchants like GrabFood/GrabMart, Lazada, Pick.A.Roo, Shopee, and ZALORA)

11. All questions and issues arising from the Promo will only be accepted within sixty (60) banking days after the last day of promo period or not later than April 1, 2022, after which BPI shall no longer accommodate disputes.
12. Fraud, abuse, or any unauthorized action on credit card transaction or the participation/availment in the promo may result in the disqualification of the cardholder from the promo, suspension and/or cancellation of card privileges and/or the charge of the full value of the eGC to the Principal cardholder’s account, according to BPI’s discretion.
13. In case of dispute with respect of BPI only and the customers' availment of the promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
14. BPI is authorized to give necessary information to its third-party contractor or agent to perform and complete the registration process and redemption process of the eGC code(s).
15. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this promo campaign.
Registration Mechanics
1. The Principal cardholder must register via the registration portal using a unique alphanumeric code sent via SMS or E-mail. Cardholder will be asked to provide the unique promo code in order to register or access the portal.
2. After the Principal cardholder submits his/her registration details in the portal, a confirmation page will prompt, confirming receipt of his/her registration.
3. The Principal cardholder will receive a notification message from BPI on the registration result (valid or invalid) through SMS and/or e-mail within five (5) banking days from the registration date.
4. A successful registration is required to qualify in the promo. All posted qualified transactions starting on the date of promo registration of a cardholder with successful registration confirmation from BPI will be included. Transactions must be made within the promo period.
5. The Principal cardholder will not be qualified to join the promo if the Principal cardholder has not registered his/her mobile and/or email to the promo.
6. Only the Principal cardholder is allowed to register for the promo. All qualified and posted transactions of the Principal cardholder, including his/her supplementary card(s), will be included. The eGC(s) will be sent to the Principal cardholder’s mobile and/or email used in registration.
7. The mobile number or e-mail address used for registration must be the same with the Principal cardholder’s contact details in BPI Credit Cards’ system records. Should there be any changes within the promo period, it is the responsibility of the Principal cardholder to update his/her contact information in BPI Credit Cards’ system records.
8. By completing his/her registration, the cardholder agrees that his/her personal information shall be subject to the confidentiality, data privacy, and the security terms of the service provider, Giftaway.
9. In case the mobile number and/or e-mail address does not match with BPI Credit Cards’ system records, the Principal cardholder is required to update his/her contact information by calling 24-hour BPI Contact Center at 889-10000 or by visiting the nearest BPI branch.
Note: The Principal cardholder may register after two (2) banking days from the date of contact information update.
Redemption Mechanics
1. To redeem the eGC, the Principal cardholder must access the unique link sent to his/her registered SMS and/or email. This serves as his/her unique redemption portal via the eGC Hub.
2. Redemption period is within sixty (60) days from the date of posting of the rewards at the eGC Hub. Each eGC will have a redemption period displayed in the portal.
For example:
a. Merchant A – Php 3,000 transacted on November 25, 2021
eGC posted in the hub by December 2, 2021
b. Merchant B – Php 4,500 transacted on December 15, 2021
eGC posted in the hub by December 21, 2021

3. The Principal cardholder must choose among the featured eGC partners under the dining, shopping and e-commerce categories.
- Cardholder must select Redeem Now and choose the eGC redemption option.
- A confirmation page will prompt, followed by the redemption notification sent via cardholders' registered contact info (SMS and/or email).
- Cardholder will receive an eGC code from Giftaway via his/her registered mobile and/or email, with a link on how to use his/her redemption code. Specific redemption instructions are provided per merchant.
- The redemption code is transferable to the cardholders' nominated recipient as long as he meets the requirements in using the redemption code.
- The eGC is for one-time use only
4. Principal cardholder can earn eGCs from his/her qualified transactions. Maximum of twenty (20) qualified transactions only per cardholder within the promo period. The first twenty (20) qualified transactions from the date of registration shall be included in the promo. All terms and conditions relating to the use of eGC code redemption per merchant, as indicated in the redemption portal, shall apply.
5. Status of each qualified eGC will be reflected in the redemption portal (eGC Hub) e.g. Active, Used, Expired.
6. The eGC is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos.
7. All earned but unredeemed eGCs will be deactivated sixty (60) days from the date of posting in the eGC Hub.
8. All redeemed eGCs but unused at partner merchant will be deactivated sixty (60) days from the date of redemption in the hub.
9. Once a valid redemption is made, it cannot be cancelled, reversed or applied to another item, or eGC.
10. The cardholder is responsible for safekeeping his/her eGC and redemption portal link (eGC Hub). BPI and the Merchant partner shall not replace the redeemed eGC code.
11. The cardholder agrees that should his/her redemption found to be fraudulent or to result from splitting of transactions, BPI shall have the right to charge the cost of the reward to his/her BPI Credit Card.
Reminder: To proceed with the redemption, Giftaway will only ask for the unique promo code you previously provided. BPI and Giftaway will never ask for your card number, expiry date, CVC/CVV, One-time PIN via links in e-mail, SMS, or phone calls.
