4. To qualify for the discount/offer, the cardholder must use his or her BPI Credit, Debit and Prepaid Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.
5. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit. It may not be exchanged with any other product.
6. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Merchant.
Terms and Conditions
1. Check-in | Check-out Time
Check -in time is 2:00PM and check-out is 12:00NN of the following day. 50% of the daily rate will be charged for early check-in between 8:00AM - 2:00PM and 50% of the daily rate will be charged for late check-out between 2:00PM 0 6:00PM.
2. Rate Availability
Rates are subject to change without prior notice.
3. Rates, Taxes and Service Charge
Room rates are inclusive of Service Charge, VAT and Government Tax.
4. Walk | Overbooking Policy
In the event of overbooking, Malagos Garden Resort shall secure an agreement from guests to accept alternative accommodation at least an equal standard and is not liable to compensation to any guest.
a. Reservations should be sent thru email at: email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org.
b. Based on dates required, Reservations Department will advise thru email the option date.
c. All room reservations are subject to room availability.
a. Pre-authorization Form with BPI Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card details is required to guarantee the booking.
b. Malagos Garden Resort reserves the right to cancel the confirmed bookings for non-payment or booking.
c. Full payment is required using BPI Credit, Debit or Prepaid Card.
Cancellation | No - Show Charge
a. Guaranteed reservations will be held until 10:00PM of the confirmed date or arrival, unless with prior arrangements.
b. All non-guaranteed reservations will be released five (5) days prior to scheduled arrival. Thereafter, guest rooms are subject to availability.
c. A cancellation fee on no-show & cancellations made on the expected date of the arrival is equivalent to a price of a one-night stay.
d. On peak periods, cancellations made within thirty (30) days or less, prior to arrival will be subject to a one (1) night cancellation fee.
e. Cancellation charges for group bookings (ten (10) rooms and above).

g. A wash down or decreased in the original number of rooms reserved shall be considered a cancellation and subject to the applicable cancellation charges.
h. Re-booking is not allowed on Peak Dates.
i. Should the in-house guest opt to shorten their stay, payment for the unused night shall be non-refundable.
7. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his or her card.
8. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.
9. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.
10. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the customers' availment of the promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.
11. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit, Debit or Prepaid Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
