How to claim the free SM Gift Card:

a. For qualified transactions, the cardholder must present the following at the Customer Service counter of The SM Store where the transaction was made to claim the SM Gift Card:

• Original coupon stub*
• Transaction charge slip
• BPI credit card

*Cardholder should write his/her complete name (in Capital Letters) & last 4 digits of the BPI Credit Card used, and sign

b. The cardholder must fill out the redemption form.

c. Once accomplished, the cardholder may redeem the SM Gift Card.

• Php 500 worth of SM Gift Card for a minimum single receipt straight spend of Php 5,000
• Php 1,000 worth of SM Gift Card for a minimum single receipt installment spend of Php 10,000

d. The cardholder may only redeem the SM Gift Card within sixty (60) days from the last day of the event only. Any redemption made after will not be accepted.

4. To qualify for the offer, the cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at Merchant.

5. Offer should be given instantly where the purchase was made.

6. Splitting of transactions is prohibited and shall not be allowed for redemption.

7. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.

8. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the offer to his or her card.

9. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant.

10. Any dispute concerning the products related to the Promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

11. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the customers' availment of the Promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

12. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit, Debit and Prepaid Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.

Program Mechanics: Special Installment Plan

1. The Program is open to cardholders of participating BPI Credit Cards whose accounts are active and in good standing.

2. BPI Credit cardholders are entitled to avail of Real 0% Special Installment Plan (SIP) Program. This allows cardholders to avail of 3 months Real 0% SIP at Merchant.

3. The cardholder shall review and agree to be bound by the terms and conditions of the Special Installment Plan (SIP):

Terms and Conditions

a. The SIP Real 0% installment terms are available for a minimum single-receipt purchase requirement of Php 5,000.

b. The terms may be available for select items only.

c. All installment transactions are subject to BPI Authorizations approval.

d. Cardholder can also choose to avail of the other SIP features:

Up to 100% Bonus Madness Limit for qualified BPI Credit Cardholders
Subject to favorable credit history, qualified Credit cardholders will enjoy increased purchasing power with a bonus installment credit limit of up to 100% of their regular credit line. Approved installment transaction will automatically be deducted from the Madness limit. 100% Bonus Madness Limit is only applicable to installment transactions.

Buy Now Pay up to 3 months Later
First monthly amortization will be posted to the BPI Credit cardholder’s account up to 3 months later from date of purchase. Succeeding amortizations shall be billed every month thereafter until full transaction amount is paid in full.

e. The monthly payment shall first be applied to the interest charges then to principal amount using the diminishing balance method

•  BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 + 20% on the principal amount should the cardholder decide to terminate the SIP transaction prior to the 1st billing.
• BPI will charge an early termination fee of Php 550 for SIP transactions terminated after the first billing.

4. To qualify for the Program, the cardholder must use his or her Participating BPI Credit Card to pay for his or her purchases at the Participating Merchant.

5.Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the Program shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant.

6. The terms and conditions governing the issuance of BPI Credit Cards, reminders and other provisions contained in card carrier, statement of account, charge slips and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable in this Program campaign.
