Terms and Conditions – Astoria Palawan

1. These terms and conditions apply to all offers unless specified otherwise.

2. Booking period: June 15, 2022 to September 30, 2022.

3. Stay period: June 15, 2022 to December 22, 2022.

4. Rates are based on single or twin sharing accommodation.

5. Minimum length of stay is 2 consecutive nights.

6. All guestrooms are strictly non-smoking.

7. Standard check-in time for Astoria Palawan is 2PM. Standard check-out time for all properties is 12PM. Request for early check-in/late check-out is subject to room availability.

8. Prior reservation is required, and the guest shall be duly informed in advance of his/her desired booking period is unavailable. The guest may choose to book during a different alternate available period.

9. Pursuant to IATF-EID directives, we shall be limiting the number of guests per room. Also, all guests shall be asked to provide copies of their government-issued IDs, acceptable proof of full vaccination, and/or negative RT-PCR/antigen test as required by the IATF-EID. They will also need to file a health declaration form prior entry to hotel premises.

10. Booking specifics:

• All BPI cardholders may now avail of the promo and book at Astoria Palawan.
• These are subject to change depending on the advisory of the IATF-EID.

11. Offer is non-transferrable, non-convertible to cash, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.

12. Offer cannot be used for group bookings.

13. Offer includes room accommodation, hotel taxes, and service charge only. Other expenses incurred, such as set breakfast and room upgrades, will be charged to the guests’ accounts.

14. Extra night(s) is allowed and will be charged to the cardholder's account based on the promo rate of Php 3,000.00 per night and must be paid in full at the time of check-in using a BPI Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Card.

17. In case of cancellation due to force majeure and pandemic travel restrictions imposed by the government, reservation may be rebooked within six (6) months. This is subject to room availability.

18. Only one amendment per booking is permitted. Furthermore, it must be made twenty-one (21) calendar days or more before the arrival date to avoid a no-show administration charge. A flat rescheduling fee of Php 1,000 applies and will be charged to the card used to process the booking.

3. A minimum spend of Php 120,000 is required.

4. A reservation fee of Php 30,000 shall apply. This is non-refundable but is subject to move date depending on the availability of the venue.

5. The promotion is based on a minimum single-receipt purchase.

6. Free items are subject to change depending on their availability. Should an item get phased out, it will be replaced with a product of similar value.

7. Offer cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promos and discounts of Astoria Hotels and Resorts, Astoria Vacation and Leisure Club, Inc., and Stellar Vacation Club.

8. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his or her card.

9. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.

a. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

b. In case of dispute in respect of BPI only and the customers' availment of the promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

c. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Credit, Debit, or Prepaid Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
