5. The offer is not convertible to cash or credit.  It may not be exchanged with any other product.

Spiral

a. Regular Rates for Lunch Buffet only:

• Monday to Thursday: Php 3,100 net per person
• Friday to Saturday: Php 3,500 net per person

40% Off

• Monday to Thursday: Php 1,961 net per person
• Friday to Saturday: Php 2,214 net per person

30% Off

• Monday to Thursday: Php 2,245.72 net per person
• Friday to Saturday: Php 2,535.49 net per person

b. Minimum of 2 diners and Maximum of 10 diners.

c. Discount is not applicable to beverage orders.

d. Service Charge and VAT shall be excluded in the computation of the discount. Hence, this shall be included in the amount to be billed to the card holder.

e. Promo can be availed in a single-receipt purchase transaction only.

f. Offer is non-transferable and non-convertible to cash or gift certificate nor applicable for instalment transactions.

g. Prior reservation is required. This promotion is not applicable for walk-in transactions.

h. Promotion cannot be used in conjunction with other on-going in-house promotions and government-mandated discounts such as PWD and Senior Citizen Discounts.

i. Cardholders must be present and part of the dining party to be able to avail of the promotion.

j. Down payment shall be required for dining groups of 6 and above.

k. Private Dining Room Consumable rate is not part of the promo.

l. Splitting of a single transaction for the purpose of available multiple discounts is prohibited.

m. Discount only applies to full-priced buffet rates. The Promotion cannot be applied to the kid's rate and other promoted rates.

The Food Truck

a. Rate:

• Unlimited food package: Php 1,888 net per person
• Unlimited upgraded food & beverage package: Php 2,188 net per person.

b. Minimum of 2 diners and no maximum number of diners.

c. Service Charge and VAT shall be excluded in the computation of the discount. Hence, this shall be included in the amount to be billed to the card holder.

7. The cardholder agrees that should his or her purchase be found fraudulent, BPI shall have the right to charge the value of the discount/offer to his or her card.

8. The Promo is not valid in conjunction with any ongoing promos of Merchant. In the purchase of goods and services which are on promotional discount, in compliance to the Expanded Senior Citizen Act of 2010 (R.A. 9994) an Act Expanding Benefits and Privileges of Persons with Disability (PWD) (R.A. 10754), the senior citizen or PWD can avail of the promotional discount or the discount provided under the said laws, whichever is higher, if applicable.

9. Any dispute concerning the products and/or services related to the promo offer shall be settled directly between the cardholder and Merchant with the concurrence of DTI.

10.In case of dispute in respect to BPI only and the customers' availment of the promo, the decision of BPI with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final. However, if the dispute involves participating Merchant and its performance and/or delivery of products to customers, subject to the General Provisions set out above, the decision of BPI and participating Merchant with the concurrence of DTI shall be considered final.

11. Terms and conditions governing the issuance and use of BPI Cards and reminders and other provisions contained in the card carrier, statement of account, charge slips, and other documents or instruments, which are made an integral part hereof by reference, shall likewise be resorted to in instances where they are applicable to this Promo.
